DONT RECOMMEND....bought a car from here and had it only for a week when it started to have problems. AJ is the worst, called him many times about the situation and he'd hang up or say he wasnt there even though I'd pass and see him outside, so we went and told him in person and he got really rude. They had the mechanic fix the situation and it still was the same, on the 2nd and 3rd time the mechanic didnt do anything and he'd drive away laughing knowing he wasn't gonna do anything to the car just to waste our time and saying, " ok ill fix it boss" while smirking like if it was a joke. They are all just BAD PEOPLE and dont waste your time for getting a hold of the owner (not aj) cause they wont ever be there when you ask, making up excuses.

Eric and his worker were amazing guys. They worked what they could too help me. I left with a car feeling good about it, They were honest guys didnt just want to throw me at just any car. But a car that would be good for me and my family and they made it in my budget. Very honest guys and not pushy at all. We took alot of time with them and made sure this was what we wanted.

Worst experience ever, do NOT buy from them. I am 23 years old, and went to buy my first car with my dad, and I'd finally found one by the end of the week, and I needed one within two days. I spent an hour with a man named Melchor, and we confirmed we wanted it. He told us what to do, and we did it all immediately. He gave us the papers to sign. I signed them, went to the bank, spent four hours there getting a loan even though I was extremely exhausted from work. Called Avila's after the financing was confirmed to let them know the loan went through and we were heading to pick it up, and they'd sold the car out from under me already- less than 24 hours after we'd met with him. Now, there's a chance I am going to LOSE MY JOB because they sold the car they gave me the paper work for the day before. They DO NOT care about their buyers, the people they shake hands with, or families. I was so prepared and relieved to have found a car JUST in time, and now I'm completely in tears because it's going to affect my life, and I guarantee you they don't care.

Almost impossible to have a trade in evaluated.. You must make a decision during a 2 hour test drive, but evaluation of trade takes a week. Also, during 2 separate test drives, no sales consultant called me as promised. Cumbersome system run by outside company, not Avis. A supervisor made an earnest effort to help me through the process, but there was poor follow up.

I found what I was looking for. No pressure from the sales person (Hank). I called back in the early evening a couple of days later and touched base with one of the owners (this was not my intent). Without revealing all of the details, I need to say I found them HONEST (that is hard to find), sincere, and they go out of their way to get you in to the vehicle you want. They absolutely went the extra mile. I have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and this is the first time that I had NO HASSLES. EVERYBODY was UP FRONT with me. There are no commissioned sales people on the lot, therefore greed will not come into play. They are paid by the sale, not on what they can wring out of you. I would highly recommend Collins Auto Sales, Inc. to my closest friends without reservation.

I recently wrote a review of Dorsey that was very negative. Since writing the review the situation for our van has been rectified by the dealer Dorsey Auto. I would highly recomend this dealer. After some initial communications issues that were not really the fault of Tom Dorsey, Tom agreed to help us pay for a new transmission. Tom has also since decided to offer a limited warranty for most of his used cars. Please disregard the previous review and give Tom the benefit of the doubt. At first I greatly appreciated this used car dealership for extending their hours during a busy week day so I could make my way from Seattle down to Puyalluo to purchase a decent condition used car. At first, the customer service was great. The deal got done, I left a happy camper. Few things that ticked me off about the used car that I didn't notice right away; missing gas cap, no tire wrench or car jack (which I found out about after getting my first flat tire - shame on me for not originally checking to see if the car had that), and an obscene amount of mold hidden in the sunroof visor (thanks for letting me know about that guys). But what irritates me most about this dealership is the fact that 90 days after purchasing the vehicle from them, my license plates still haven't arrived. I called, left a voicemail - no call back. Had my step dad call - they told him to tell me to A) Go pick them up or B) Go to the DOL and figure it out myself, which makes me think they never ordered them in the first place (probably wanting to save a few bucks and also explains why they were just never shipped to me in the first place). No call about my plates arriving which makes me think they just never ordered them. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership simply because they have failed at even a decent and basic level of customer service. Thank you, Edgewood Motors.

I was looking for an RX-8 for quite awhile that was more than just a base model that didn't have a ton of miles. I was browsing online one day, saw this great deal out in WA, Fred called me back a few hours after my email was sent, held the car for me for a little over a week so I could get out from MT and check it out, he even drove up to Seattle to pick my wife and I up from the train.

Very friendly staff, I bought a used BMW a few weeks ago from this dealership and I had some issues with the engine, when I notified them about this they were more than happy to help me with it. Overall this dealership is one of the best I have been and have outstanding customer service and live up to their expectations. I'm a very happy customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody who are looking for a vehicle they will take care of you.

Things started off good, but then they did the work before telling me what the cost would be. I had a telephone estimate then had my truck towed in for them to actually see it. Then instead of calling me to tell me what actual quote would be they just fixed it. The work was good, but the final price WAS going to be more than what was quoted. It wasn't an extraordinary amount, but the principle of the matter is that is not good business. Then when I complained he told me that they would just not pay the mechanic that did the work. It was almost like he wanted me to feel guilty about that. So I told him, how he handled his business with his employees was his business but if he decided to not pay his mechanic for a mistake that he made, then that was poor business. After that he said I was giving him a headache. Oh well, he doesn't have to worry about me any more, or any of the people I tell about that place.

Contents of Certified letter sent to Highline Motors: As you are aware, the CRV that I purchased from you 2016 for $xx,000 plus tax has had significant problems. At the time of purchase, you verbally assured me that it was still under warranty, and that, if there were issues, it would be covered. Immediately after purchase these issues surfaced: • the tires needed replacing • the oil needed changing • the brakes were replaced (by your mechanic, but I paid for it) • the transmission has been worked on twice – once by your mechanic and then corrected by Honda Northwest • the undercarriage had significant rust which you said your company would eliminate by sanding and added a protective film, which I have since been told is not feasible as rust cannot be eliminated once it has started • significant rust was found on the underside of the passenger seat • the transmission idles strangely Currently, these new issues are presenting themselves: • the hatch brake light is going out • the brakes are sticking • the starter is having problems • there is a new leak originating under the motor • the windshield wipers do not sit on the windows correctly nor wipe the rain correctly. This is still going on after your mechanic had fixed it and new wind-shield wipers were installed. The local Honda dealership has explained that the vehicle is was NOT under warranty because the car was put into service in 2012 – which as a seller you would have known. So most of these expenses have been paid for by me. We are have a theory, not proven, that based on the registration and dates, it was involved in a hurricane. Than would explain all of the RUST, electrical problems, etc.

Maybe it’s because I called them as a woman and they’re misogynistic just like every car dealership and mechanic, but I don’t appreciate them being rude to me on the phone. I don’t think it’s a weird thing to ask if there’s room for negotiations. Negotiating the price of a car is absolutely normal, especially in this economy, and I don’t enjoy being cut off on the phone and disrespected. Maybe if my marine corp veteran dad or another man called they would’ve been more respectful. You can keep your ugly old car I really don’t care and don’t need it lmao
