I was really pleased with Tyler. - jof2004

I was really pleased with Tyler. Everything he said was done. I would recommend to anybody to come there and have work done.

My husband works in Charleston and had to drive to - choirmom3929

My husband works in Charleston and had to drive to Parkersburg to close the deal. They stayed late so we could get it done. I also appreciated the lack of “hard sell” on warranty products. I’ve been sold on those since I had to use one and paid $100 for a whole new transmission, but the finance guy didn’t try to push it. Get hey also brought the car I wanted from the Charleston dealership. I would definitely work with them again.

Wade Thomas is a phenomenal salesman. - thelsuera

Wade Thomas is a phenomenal salesman. He went above and beyond in every regard throughout all my interactions with him. You can trust that Wade will take fantastic care of you and will never take advantage of you as a customer. Don't hesitate to shop at Northside CDJR for all your vehicular needs. If you're visiting them, be sure to ask for Wade Thomas. He's an awesome dude that will never do you wrong. He upholds a standard of absolute professionalism without fail. Sadly, that is quite often not the case for so many other car dealerships and it pains me to say that. Wade, his sales manager Richard Bostic, and the rest of the team there at Northside CDJR are doing it right all the way across the board.
