They keep me abreast of all recalls and maintenance issues that need attention. It's always a pleasure to be in their new improved waiting room that provides a welcoming effect of coffee and a nice movie. The salesperson, Lonnie Peterson, who sold me the card had excellent taste in putting together a jeep that not only looks good inside and out, but attracts the eye of many on comers who ask, "where did you did that car from?" Lonnie is the bomb! He's informative, friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely happy with the car you select. Fast-accurate-professional My wife brought car in and they had one axle and ordered the other. Serviced called and my wife took car in and was finished in a short period of time, Great company to do business with. I have purchased 3 vehicles at Little Chicago and one from downtown in Wausau. I recommend people to go to Little Chicago if someone is looking for a vehicle.

The Service Desk was prompt in scheduling and getting the vehicle in. The vehicle was throughly inspected, and the results thoroughly explained by the Service Desk advisor, whose name I do not have. There was a slight lag in the amount of time taken to do the work, however winter conditions being what they were at the time probably accounted for it.

We are original owners of our Hummer. Lost our key. Ewald wants to charge us almost $2,000 to take door apart to see vin number to match key. We asked to see if we could reach out to Hummer to see if we could get some love from them since it's a design flaw? Josh (with service) wants to charge us a storage fee in the interim. Did I mention my husband just had quadruple bypass surgery and they could not care less? I was super diplomatic to see if there were any other solutions? Josh was not! Very disappointed. Service much better at Milwaukee/Menomonee Falls location!
