Excellent Service Dept. Axel did a lot of research and many phone calls to find the problem with the entertainment screen in our Lincoln Navigator. It is fixed and running great. If it wasn't for Axel we would still have problems. In addition our Lincoln was under recall for over a year, and they fixed that too. Job well done.

This past June I called to have front brakes replaced because they were grinding. I was told they could not do brakes because they couldn’t get 4 bolts they are required to replace on brake jobs. So I asked when they could do them and was told they have know idea. I took it to garage in Neenah and they were replaced with the correct bolts. In October I had a drive shaft replaced. Done on time. After I drove it home there was a vibration or shimmy I can feel in the driver seat. I called and talked to the service advisor and service manager. I was told that” it’s an old truck.” 2011 with 58,000 miles. Neither one of them suggested I bring the truck back so they could take another look at it because we just replaced the driveshaft. I’m going to have the tires rebalanced/mounted and start there.

I had called and spoke with Amy. She was super great!! My car needed so much in repairs and I had told her I was thinking about not getting it repaired because the car was nickel and diming me. She told me I should still come in because you might be able to buy this car from me and use it towards getting into a new vehicle. She was right, I went in and ended up leaving in a brand new car (which I love) She even called me a couple days after the fact just to make sure I was taken care. I have never had that kind of customer service before. I have sent a couple people your way and 2 of them have also purchased vehicles. I was dreading cominh in and now I am so glad. Thank you Amy
