Bought a bunch of cars in my lifetime and Jazzi Auto has by far been the most easiest and non-stressful dealership I have EVER been to without a doubt! Was hesitant to go to a smaller pre-owned dealership instead of a big name dealership. Minute I stepped on the lot Ashley greeted me while I was looking at a 2014 Grand Cherokee. She was so down to earth and just talked to me as a regular person. After test driving the Jeep we sat down and talked numbers and they had no issue with me taking it to a mechanic to do a safety check. Jeep was in perfect condition for its age! I would definitely recommend people to go to Jazzi for their vehicle purchase! Thank you Ashley and Jazzi Auto!

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Impala limited LS from Sound Auto Wholesalers back in May of 2024, it's been about a year and I have not had a single issue with this vehicle, it's been an absolutely amazing car. This vehicle was purchased from an auction and it was a former federal law enforcement vehicle and it was well maintained, I even inspected the Carfax history, oil changes were done regularly and maintenance required was done. This car has been simply amazing not a single problem and it's a beautiful car that was well maintained and I love it. Sound Auto also stuck with their policy regarding repair of the vehicle before sale, they put on four brand new tires, did an oil change, a complete vehicle safety checkup and put on all new brakes and rotors. I dealt with Joe my salesman who was fantastic. I purchased this vehicle online sight unseen because I'm a former Impala owner already and know and trust the vehicle. I was very sick at the time and the dealership held the vehicle with no deposit for over a month until I was able to get down there and finalize my deal. When I got down there, there was my vehicle sitting out there in front, shining and glowing for the world to see, like a star in the sky, it was beautiful. I can't thank Joe and the dealership enough for this sale and the price was also fantastic, only $10,000 for a car with 98,000 miles that's going to probably run another 10 years or more. I had a 2010 Impala that made it to 262,000 miles before if I got rear ended and it was totaled. I trust the Chevy Impala brand. The transaction and final sales paperwork when smoothly. The vehicle had plates on it and was ready to roll once the paperwork was done and I left there smiling. And now, a year later, I continue to smile. I give sound Auto Wholesalesrs five stars and if I can give them more I would. I'm a tough cookie to please but I got to tell you this experience was five stars all the way, despite all the negative reviews I see here on Yelp, in my opinion. Do not hesitate to buy a car from these folks at Sound Auto Wholesalers, they were honest with me trustworthy, and treating me with respect and kindness and I can't thank them enough. Ask for Joe when you go there....This is an honest, real and unsolicitated review of Sound Auto and ive not been paid or compensated in any way!

Sold a car with a bad transmission and NO warranty. We brought the car back with in the week and the owner said the transmission was fine. The transmission blew a few months later. All the owner did was brag about himself and his crooked family the entire time ... like anyone would care??? Later he tried to sell me another vehicle for three times the value. It was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying a car.. I strongly urge anyone to look elsewhere

My experience with Apple has been bittersweet. My first purchase was less than a year ago and the vehicle died after 7 months. I was told to come back in 6 months to upgrade the vehicle that I purchase. I did and the experience was nothing like I had previously. The first time was pleasant and both salesmen were very helpful and seemed so genuine. Of course I went back the second time. This time which was from Oct to Nov, the experience was horrific. I may not have the best credit but I remember who helped me last and they acted like I was no one because I couldn't get approved quickly. The problem ultimately is this....MASS DISORGANIZATION. I was told of approvals that weren't true and picking up the vehicle after daily calls but no dealer plates and freak phone drops on their end. On top of it, I was treated as if I was such a bother that I almost called Channel 30 dream team to expose their xxxxxxxx. I will state among the craziness, LENIN was nice once he remember who I was from the previous car purchase. He was kind enough to help me with the cost of a down payment but they couldn't take back the car I bought previously from them that xxxx the bed. I feel he's a great salesman but needs a BETTER team backing him. They just did not do justice for this guy. The general manager, let's call him J was such a disappointment and just obnoxious. No clue how to deal with the public especially if they are already have an extremely upset customer. My entire car purchase took 30 days. Most of what was needed to complete the purchase should have been disclosed to me with 2 or 3 days not 30 days. I will recommend LENIN only but make sure that you have all your ducks in a row because his staff will have him running in circles if you do not. LASTLY, I WILL SAY THANK YOU TO LENIN AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND PLAIN MANNERS MINUS OUR DISAGREEMENTS ON THE PHONE/IN PERSON.

I had taken my Volvo to the local "Dealer" and they SAID they fixed it. I paid a preimum dollar and it was NOT fixed. I took my car to The Autowerkes after a friend told me about them, and asked for the same thing to be fixed that the "Dealer" was supposed to have fixed. Not only did The Autowerkes fix it, but it was a lot less expensive than the "Dealer" and it was fixed quickly and it was done the right way.<br>The tech that did the work was Tyson. He answered all of my questions in a language that I could understand, not some tech mumbo jumbo. I HIGHLY recommend THE AUTOWERKES for anyone with a Volvo who wants honest answers and fair prices for parts and service. They even sell used Volvos! All of the staff is a joy to deal with!!!!

I can't say enough about the service I received from all of the people at Canton Auto Exchange. I primarily worked with Jay beforehand as I was looking for a first car for my daughter. Canton Auto Exchange had what I was looking for at the right price and ameneties. I felt so confident that I flew across country to get the car and drive it back home with my daughter. When we picked up the car we were welcomed by not just Jay but all of the employees. Jay even called us when we were halfway home just to check in with us.

I've purchased a lot of cars and trucks over the years and this was one of the best experiences. I live 9 hours north of the dealership so I had a lot of questions for Jimmy and he answered all to my satisfaction so I did the unheard of for me and paid in advance for the beautiful 2011 Hyundai Veracruz they had. My wife and I drove down from northern Maine on a Friday and stayed overnight and picked up the car Saturday morning. It turns out that in addition to all of the things that I had asked Jimmy about he forgot to tell me that they had just put new brakes (pads and rotors) on all four wheels and but the car had virtually new Yokohama tires on it. The engine compartment was a clean as a new car and the car also had a new battery in it. I highly recommend Jimmy and Coachlight Motors and hope that we have occasion to do business with him again in the future

We purchased a golf cart from Crowley and their service department is a complete joke. We called them right away when we had an issue with the radio, they told us "oh well, it's not under warranty you have to fix it yourself." Several months later, we had additional electrical issues with the cart. I called the service department again....."oh your cart is under warranty, let me call the company." Did they call me back? Nope. Called every day for a week - spoke with Victor the sales manager..."oh yea, I'll get back to you by the end of the day." Did they call me back? Nope. Useless. I called Mr. Crowley directly and left a message. Did he call me back? Nope. I tried to get help from them for over a week and they would never respond. Always the same response, "we'll get back to you." Complete and utter incompetence. In fact, at the same time we had issues with our cart, our neighbor said he was trying to contact you too! And guess what he said..." I can't get anyone at Crowley to call me back." Hmm...notice a pattern here? Crowley RV - you should be ashamed of yourselves. It's clear you have no idea what you are doing, your customer service, response times, and follow through are non-existent. I finally was able to connect with the manufacturer directly, Premier Custom Carts, and they were AMAZING. They came out, apologized for the terrible service from Crowley, reported that MANY other customers who purchased carts from them had the same issues, and took our cart and repaired it in 2 days, no questions asked. So now, we have made sure that we inform EVERY single family that camps in the area to never purchase anything from you. Folks, do yourselves a favor - if you want a golf cart, go to sales@premiercustomcarts.com and purchase it directly from the manufacturer because they know what they are doing and stand by their product. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase a golf cart from Crowley RV. This company is despicable.

First, you should know that I am someone who absolutely dreads the car buying experience! However, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Driving Image Imports. We dealt with Mike who had such a great demeanor. The whole process was easy was from start to finish...from the test drive, learning about the car, negotiating price (which was easy, non-presume and fair), to the handling of the purchase transaction. The car we bought was in excellent condition...like new. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car we bought and took the time to explain all the features. He was very flexible and attentive throughout the purchase process to make it as easy as possible for us. Consider that this rating is coming from someone with very high standards and expectations. It was and absolute pleasure dealing with Driving Image Imports and I highly recommend them.

Buyer Beware. - Missed a Bullet

Buyer Beware. Went to buy a XC60 from them. Set an appointment and went and viewed the car and took it on a test drive. There were some minor issues and it appeared the photos on the website had been edited to hide dents and scratches. However the car ran well so I overlooked those issues and we negotiated a price dependent on it passing my mechanic’s inspection (always take a used car to a mechanic before buying). I took it to GoodYear and they highlighted a few minor issues and said the dealer should easily be able to fix them. Everything looked fine so far. Went back to Faris Auto Mall and they agreed to the fixes and I put down my deposit and signed at the price of $16,999, and scheduled to take delivery later that week at 2pm on Wednesday. I would later go on to talk to them 3 more times that week to confirm my appointment. I get there at 2pm Wednesday and a different rep then the one I had been working with had me sit and wait. And wait. After waiting for 15 minutes I get a text from the person I was dealing with that he had quit because he didn’t like their business practices. That was definitely a red flag. After that text they still had me waiting, and waiting, until I had been sitting there for half an hour and finally demanded that things happen. They seemed surprised I was there and let me take a look at the car. It looked like they had fixed the items but by that point I didn’t have the patience to check. I finally was able to sit down with the finance guy to sign the paperwork and take the car. After another 10 minutes they put the contract in font of me and asked me to sign. However I started to read through the contract and do the math. This is when they began to look concerned. I found out why when the math didn’t add up and as I turned to the next page the price of the car in the contract had changed to $17,999! A thousand dollar increase!! This was not due to a warranty (I had declined it), or the tax title or registration, that was listed in other places. The actual basic price of the car had been swapped! This is what we call fraud, and if I hadn’t been diligent I would be a sucker. Of course they claimed it was an “honest mistake” (Scotty Kilmer on YouTube says all car hustlers say that) and after I pointed out the number had changed they said they didn’t like my attitude and I had to get out of their dealership. Buyer Beware!

I went to this dealership to look at a used GV70 for sale. According to Kelly Blue Book, the car was priced $2600.00 above fair market value. Upon examination, the vehicle had multiple scratches and damage to the interior door handle. I test-drove the car and liked it, and then I asked the salesperson about the price. They were unwilling to negotiate the price. They told me they would fix the scratches, and the price was final. When I told him about what I saw in the Kelly Blue Book, they told me it was inaccurate. This was the worst experience I have had at a dealership. It was a total waste of my time, and any dealership that thinks their inventory is made of gold usually isn't offering the best deals. Stay Away!!

Worst experience by far. Jay promised a friends car would be done before Christmas. Upon finally getting the car, after the date promised, there were many flaws. They were asked to swap the motor and after a drive around the block we discovered that the spark plugs were drastically incorrect. After changing those, we hoped we solved the problem but that wasn't it. The car is smoking extremely out of the exhaust and there was a stripped bolt, which we had to tap and die ourselves. We also found out there was barely any oil so we decided to do an oil change. The oil was very black and the filter was messed up. We went to Jays Auto in efforts to fix the car but after our encounter with Jay we will never be going there again. Jay immediately lost it and started to swear and yell at us, 3 TEENAGERS, as if we were the source of the problem. I would go so far to say it was verbal abuse. There were customers in the room and surely it was captured on the store cameras. Needless to say, don't go to Jays Auto unless you would like to end up fixing their mistakes. If I could give this place zero stars, without a doubt I would.
