It is rare that I've had occasion to visit a dealer for service so I really did not know what to expect. I was apprehensive, fearful to tell the truth, of the unknown! Our 2020 soul needed emergency care and Wagner Kia was the closest choice. I was fortunate enough to encounter Stan, the service manager via telephone. He was cordial and quite genuine and I began to feel confident I was in good hands. Though my vehicle was not purchased there, he prioritized my repair and kept me well informed to it's progress. All in all I was treated well by Stan and his entire staff. Overall I can confidently say these are reputable folks with good intentions and you can feel good about visiting them for your Kia needs. The facility was quite nice b.t.w. exuding a sense of professionalism and permanence. Thank you to Stan and the fine folks at Wagner Kia!
