Great experience, got a very nice 2015 CRV with low miles at a very fair price. Worked directly with John the owner who made everything very smooth and easy--he took care of DMV reg, license and state inspection. Even gave me a bowl of soup! I ordinarily don't buy from dealers but this time am glad I did. We expected to drive around looking at lots of vehicles as this was the first we looked at, but it turned out to be perfect for us. Needed new tires and I requested specific tires that would do well in snow and he accommodated that and installed them ready for pickup next day. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

deal was not as quoted, had to pay discount points, lied to about loan, wasted a whole day, then was phoned 16 times next day, texted 12 times, took back for service was a disaster,the whole experience here was totally disappointing, contacting the state of florida dept of consumer affairs, the better business bureau, and a lawyer

As we all know buying car is so stressful. So we have to relay on word of mouth and reviews. So I have to put my review out there!!! So a friend recommended me to this dealership! I Drive an hour away, and from the door Great service! More then fair trade in!! Finance Department was awesome, my credit not the best. I walked out with the car I wanted and a even got a tutorial on all the working of the car ( my first E350)! Just for what it’s worth...thank you Lou, Kevin and staff. Anyone I know that's looking for a vehicle I’m sending them your way.
