A bunch of xxxxxxxx who are liars and don't back up what they say they will do. I bought a jeep from them with the agreement to have the vehicle certified, install new tires, replace the oil, provide winte they say they will do. I bought a jeep from them with the agreement to have the vehicle certified, install new tires, replace the oil, provide winter mats, and repair scratches on the vehicle. None of this happened and they still have not produced the CPO. This has been two weeks. They claim they have been having problems with their service department and the guy who runs the service department does not follow through on any requests he is asked to work on. More

Second time I've taken time for an appointment and left with the service incomplete because the product wasn't available when I arrived or the wrong product was ordered and service could not be done. Then, I asked for an appointment as soon as possible once the correct product was ordered and I have yet to hear. I will be calling on my own to check on it if I hear nothing in the next couple days.
