Stay away! Went to pick up new Rv (Alliance valor 36v11) . The Rv itself has lots of issues, that’s for another day. They had 6 weeks to get unit ready. Here’s what we found when we arrived. 1- awning would not work 2- Generator would not start 3 No water to check pump and all the fixtures. 4- No gas in either of the tanks. 5- parked inside so you could not check solar system. 6- no water so could not check water heater. My assumption is that with the issues we did find there were others that didn’t want to disclose. Incompetence at its finest.

They'll sell you a trailer fast enough, but try and get a NYSI the year after and you are given an appointment 2 months out! We bought our Wolfpup from the Victor store in 2020 and this is the second year that we need it inspected. Told that I can get it inspected at the Churchville location 2 and 1/2 months from now! I'm retired so I can take it in anyday/anytime... doesn't seem to help... maybe I should buy a new every year? That or give the trooper's their phone number and explain that I tried to get it inspected, but.... Simply amazing!!

Bought a Surveyor Legend at the end of July 2020. Shopped all over and found exactly what we were looking for at Burdick RV. From start to finish, our sales experience was excellent. Although I have yet to go back for any type of service, I would expect that experience to be the same. We are very happy with our camper and would highly recommend them if you're in the market for an RV. Tom Lovell was a true professional and was very friendly, honest and straightforward about their product and their sales process.

Excellent Experience ! - Happy camper

We just bought our first camper from Camping World of Rochester and we are so happy ! We had fun picking ours out and had everything carefully explained to us. They delivered our camper the same day we bought it and helped us set it up. A couple of days later when we had questions,they drove out to our site again and helped us trouble shoot our concerns. What a great experience ! I wish all companies worked as hard as this one! Highly recommended...The Heywood's
