We liked the dealer overall - the new young salesman, Julian, was very persistent, but to his credit, his persistence made it happen and I suspect he will be good at this. I liked dealing with Dennis, the sales manager, as well. Finance portion was slow for my taste at well over an hour, I think closer to 2. I do recognize that was partly because my wife was handling her part remotely so it made more work for him and I really appreciate the flexibility in accommodating us. However, I felt like the conversation was a slow paced attempt to sell us gap insurance & other add ons and of course that's his job, but the technique was slow for my taste. My bigger issue was that I had actual questions that I felt were pretty quickly dismissed. I don't mean to be unkind, as I work in sales too and my feelings would likely be hurt if someone wrote anything less than stellar about me, but at the same time, I might want to know what I could improve.
