They cancelled my appointment without informing me. They can only service my car weekdays, not weekends, and so you would also think they would tell me that while I'm making the appointment. No shuttle service on weekends or courtesy cars. Many of the staff are not friendly. I ordered a Tesla adaptor that was delivered to the dealership. No one called me or emailed me when it arrived. I went to pick it up and the person at the counter didn't even greet me. Where do they find their workers? Prisons?

Excellent service, friendly and fast!! Boy has my view changed! Be very wary of purchasing a used car here! I purchased a 2018 GmC Canyon October 29 2024. They were all so great! Got a full 90 day warranty on all components including AC. After 10 days heater would not work. So I am thinking I have the warranty so I take it in. $2700 dollar repair that the “full warranty” refuses to cover. Fast toward to 3-4 days after the warranty runs out, truck won’t start. Turns out the AC compressor, evaporator, and condenser are bad, oh and also the starter! $3800 in repairs! Truck only has 59000 miles. DON’T BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE! Their warranty is not a true full warranty.

Consistancy! However, Dorman Cadillac's Service Dept., would benefit its' customers with an upgrade to receiving "scheduled appointment customers." Using some current admin staff and hand-held technology to confirm required services and then completing the check-in process, 1) determining drop-off customers, 2) waiting customers, 3) shuttle riders, 4) Dorman Cadillac hospitality [waiting area, coffee, water, WI-FI, cell charging stations, rest-rooms 5) etc. Constructive analysis only, good job.

Tyler was phenomenal when helping my daughter and I choose a vehicle. The process was seamless and everyone was extremely nice. Tyler has continued to help us with questions etc after my daughter owning the car for 2 months. He is prompt with getting back to me and is always willing to help. That is what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service. When I decide to buy myself a new car, I know exactly where I will be going and who I will ask for. We can’t thank Tyler enough for all of his help. He went above and beyond and we are truly grateful.
