Service was expected to take 6 hours but was completed in 2. An indoor door cover was left off which I told the service manager immediately about and service tech took care of it. Car was also washed so very much so appreciated.

I have purchased many vehicles from a variety of dealerships. The experience I had with Capital Subaru of Greenville was the easiest and least stressful I have ever encountered. I was looking to purchase a late model pre-owned Subaru but ended up with a brand new vehicle with the same options as the pre-owned vehicles I was interested with only a small amount of increase in cost. There was no haggling on price, no false promises, and every individual encountered throughout this process was phenomenal. Everyone was kind, friendly, helpful, and willing to do what it took to make this a pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone, and I absolutely love my new Subaru Crosstrek!

I am a 70 year old widow that purchased my last Subaru 10 years ago from another dealer. The Subaru was flawless and still mechanically sound but cosmetically looked its age. I was very gun shy of a new purchase because the process with the other dealership was horrible. I didn’t have a trade in, it was a cash purchase, and the vehicle was on the lot…. But I spent eight hours jumping through the dealers hoops and playing financial games. With riverside, I was able to do 90 percent of the transaction on line, including “ building” my new car , preparing and providing most of the paperwork and managing the various “ optional” purchases including maintenance packages . This allowed me to pick up my car, become oriented to the new technology and finalize the purchase in about two hours at the dealership. Riverside provided outstanding customer service and exceptional communication through the entire remote experience. On the day I picked up the car I met all the team members who assisted me remotely and was efficiently guided through the on site processes by Tyler, the on site finance person and Mr Stahle, the sales rep that handled all other aspects of the purchase. In addition , Mr Stahle patiently provided a thorough orientation the the 2026 technology so I was comfortable and confident when I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Riverside Subaru exceeded my expectations. It was obvious the leadership supports a culture of outstanding teamwork and customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a Subaru, go to Riverside. I may not wait ten years to upgrade now that I see how efficient the process can be!

Having to pay for my first car on my own at 73 (dealing with 14 years of major tragedies and rip offs since my parents passed away), I have researched every car on the market to the point I could use my 300 + pages and write a manual. Subaru showed up at the top of every list for safety ratings, the size and shape I wanted, and the price on a Forrester Touring is half the price of some other brands I knew. When I finally gave in and went with a friend to look at one, I was just so impressed ... and the people there, oh my gosh, they are amazing - so friendly, happy, helpful, and all have that polished professional look that gives me confidence in the product. PATIENCE needs to be added to their accolades also, because I know - not senile yet - that dealing with me, one has to be patient ... and trust me, these people all are from Chris who showed us cars on the lot as I am doubled over in pain with a spine injury (and I'm not gripey - just dramatic possibly ... WELL IT HURTS!) ... to Jordan Hadwin who called and just made my day with a great fun conversation (and DOG LOVERS listen up, she is one also ... ) ... to Dan Fleming, Sales Manager who just called and changed the color of my factory ordered Forrester Touring for me (after patiently dealing with me trying to decide when I asked that they order it originally). He called just now, and, as he was at the dealership, was absolutely upbeat, professional, and friendly ... and as I said before PATIENT! I am really persnickety, so for me to say these people are THE BEST, I can say TRUST ME! I trust all at Hadwin-White in Conway ... and I appreciate them. Thank you all so much.

I only gave them 1 star because you had to check something. By far the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. Signed contracts mean nothing. Joshua Coursey in finance is a joke. … Don't waste your time or efforts. A much better choice would be Johnson Subaru of Cary.
