I baught suv in 2016 a week later oil started leaking he had my suv for 4 days close to the end of 30 day warranty he claims it's fixed but oil started leaking a week later. I'm not stupid he probably put stop oil leak in it and 2 months later other stuff started messing up a/c went out, battery went bad, buttons for the windows stop working, it's now May 2017 been waiting since January for mike to fix spark plugs & coils. He's a liar and rude talks over you don't let you finish talking, someone's going to knock his other eye out. I should of gave that junk suv back within the first 3 months he should not be in the business close his shop.

Angel is quite possibly the worst dealer / owner you will ever encounter. A compulsive liar. I made the biggest mistake of my life in purchasing an exotic car from them. They said the car had been inspected and created bogus reports (fraud) and then would not return calls once the car shopped to me. Stay away or you will be sorry. There's no one worse.

So I walked into this dealership not at all expecting the treatment that I got. Will was very professional from the start and even though they are appointment only, he was able to squeeze me in as I was only in town for a short window. Upon arrival and entrance into their showroom I said "I am not in the right tax bracket to be here". Never once did I actually feel like that was the case. The guys that work here are car guys, that was my favorite part about being here. Everyone was so humble and I even had the chance to meet and talk with an owner, he let me know some history about the car I was interested in and about it's former owner. This place doesn't feel like any other dealership I've been to. I found out that the owners are actually real estate agents and this place is their passion project. They are actual car people, not just salesmen. I LOVE the corvette I got from them. I bought it as a gift for myself for my 26th birthday almost 2 weeks ago and they worked with me on the price I was willing to pay for it and went above and beyond to find me the best lender and monthly payment on it. We started the purchase on NYE and the lender closed early and stayed closed until the 3rd, they stayed in contact with me throughout the process and we waited together until I finally got the call with good news. I wont lie, I was intimidated by this dealership before I went in and experienced it for myself. Outstanding, professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Genesis. We had a problem for 2 months with a previous dealership where we bought our car and they didn’t return calls, texts or emails and they could not resolve our issue. One visit to Genesis Central Florida and they solved our issue. The dealership is conveniently located near the turnpike, the ‘waiting room’ is an elegant lounge with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. But most important was their friendliness and great service and they were the only ones who could actually update our maps and get wireless Apple Car Play installed and working. We’ll return here anytime we need service or for a future new Genesis.

Thet said; they are going to fix the situation past three weeks, I was calling every week to the mechanic. The mechanic give me a lot excusese. Yesterday their mechanic telling me they are in bankruptcy and the moving and closed the the dealer. I need to do this. They are stilling people money doing that. Selling car in bad conditions. No rate. Need to investigate this people.

Dont Spend Your Money Here! Cars aren't Inspected just Rigged Up. I bought a used car here and after 1 week the check engine light came on. Car hasn't had a turn up in years spark plugs were fried. Rotors were ate up in the inside which ate up my brakes. Tire rod needs to be replaced. Struts went out. Leaking oil and transmission fluid. The list goes on. Even electrical problems. Just dont makr the mistakes i made. The dont have any customer service.

I had one of the best car buying experiences ever at Hertz Car Sales Orlando today. My wife and I are owners of a Kia Rio thanks to Chandler Ferguson, and his manager, Eric. From the time I inquired about the car and his very quick response, Chandler proved to be communicative, knowledgeable, and patient with us during the entire process. He showed us a couple of other cars we were interested in, but in the end, we chose the Kia, and we are very happy. We got a better financing deal than we had prequalified for, and were given options about warranties, but not pushed. We chose the Gap Warranty coverage, and that was it in addition to the existing warranties, as well as the 12 month/12,000 warranty that comes from Hertz. I will definitely be recommending Chandler and his team at Hertz if others inquire regarding a used car.

This is the absolute worst auto dealership that I have ever purchased a car from. Extremely rude staff and purposely lie to get you to sign the paper work. Their cars may look nice but the mechanical issues and past accident problems that they deny will leave you stranded within the first few months. You will continue to pay high interest and payments on a vehicle that cannot even get you from A to B.

Sold us truck with wrong battery and bad headlight - jipthomas

Bought a 2009 Tacoma extended cab with 92k miles for almost $19k in August 2012 and these people coincidentally forgot to mention that the battery was replaced on this truck with one that was the wrong size. At 102k miles the battery died unexpectedly, so we took it to AutoZone and after checking it for us they gave us the bad news: the original battery had been replaced with one that was too small for this size truck and thus wasn't recharging properly. They also sold the truck to us with a bad headlight that needed to be replaced without pointing it out to us. This was our first car-buying experience (which they knew) so we didn't notice that until after the purchase. We asked if anything was wrong with the truck or needed to be replaced and they said no, that the truck was in perfect condition. We drove all the way from Tampa (which they also knew) and paid in full (which, again, they knew we were going to do). Yet, rather than appreciate our business, they took advantage of us instead. We do not recommend them in the least. These are sneaky, misleading and deceitful people who could've been up front about these things to us but chose not to. Let's see what else winds up going wrong.

When we telephoned the manager was quite friendly, cooperative and very informative. We were at 99% on closing the deal when they pulled out their greasy (aka pushy) financial manager. He treated us like mathmatically challenged idiots and practically chased after us as we were leaving, begging us to put some money down for him to 'hold' this vehicle so we wouldn't lose it to another customer by the next morning (we told him we had to think it over). Essentially, the first salesman left when he saw we knew what we wanted and were somewhat saavy. This other guy, after knocking off the "$200 warranty" charge AND we offered an additional $500 down (total of $1500), came back and knocked our monthly payments down by a total of.........$2. Yes, I typed that correctly, 2 whole dollars a month, a grand total of $24 a year compared to what was an additional $700 from us. Who would walk away from that??? It was very sad, even traumatic, since we felt we had found the perfect car at a perfect price.
