My husband and I drove from Ocala then to Auburndale - Diane

My husband and I drove from Ocala then to Auburndale looking for our family retirement vehicle. We were about to give up but I said, 'Lets go to Orlando". We visited several lots & was discouraged with the inventory presented. On our way home I saw the vehicle I desired. My husband walked into the office spoke with the owner & sales representative David. We were treated with the upmost respect. Test drove & needless to say. We are the proud owner of an Nissan Armada. Thank you all for being so helpful in helping us attain our dream vehicle. I will recommend them anyone.

Same as other posters. However, I reversed the roll an asked them once the sold my car, I would give them $99.00 in lieu of me giving them $99.00 up front. Heard nothing but crickets on the other end. LMFAO.......It's a total scam.

I made an Inquiry about selling my car and the young lady - framingtakeoff

I made an Inquiry about selling my car and the young lady over the phone gave me the run down... "Bring in the car, we'll go over it and tell you what we think we can sell it for, if you agree the car stays with us for 90 days and if we don't sell it you owe nothing." So...I clear my Tuesday morning and sit an appointment for 10:30am to do just that. I get there and the young guy greets me and just immediately pulls up cars on line that are not even comparable to my car saying this is what he thinks he can sell it for. Mind you didn't even go out and bother looking at my car either, Brought up a 2011 RS Car that has 3500 miles on it and said see...this is what I think we can get for yours. Mine is a 2011 Yenko Camaro w/ just over 18k miles, Supercharged with every bell and whistle available... Not even close to an RS Wasted my morning guys, Thanks. A total waste of time.

Awesome Dealership - Karlita

I went to to buy a car on Thursday and I did not have much of a down payment and Juan made it work to where I was able to purchase a car, the car runs great and although it’s not a very new car it’s in good condition. Everyone there is very nice they all have great customer service and they make the process easy. I would recommend Marvin Motors 100% to anyone looking for a used car. If you ever buy a car there ask for Juan.

Purchase of Truck - Tommie Head

My pickup was destroyed by Irma. Went North to purchase a replacement. Found one in Cocoa that I wanted, made an offer and went inside to pay for it. The sales contract was jaked up with all kind of add on cost, my wife and I walked out although I the truck was perfect for me. Received several phone calls to return with promises to honor what we agreed on. No thank you, can't trust you. Saw a Honda Ridgeline advertised on line at Pre-Owned Gallery. I called and made an offer for an out the door price. I received a call back while I was checking out other trucks confirming acceptance of my offer. Went to the office, drove the truck and loved it. The bottom line that I wrote the check for was the cost we agreed to on the phone. I love doing business with people who do what they say!

Our son's first car was purchased with Karim, at Winter Park Auto Mall in August 2020. Our son, a student from Canada studying in the USA , picked up his car and all was ready as Karim had specified. The service was impeccable and reliable. The contract for the sale was well executed and all perfect. Follow-ups were done professionally and in a timely fashion. Karim is a reliable person; a reliable dealership . Our son and us (as parents living in Canada) felt extremely comfortable dealing with Karim,(even from afar) as he gave us confidence. We strongly recommend this dealer based on our own experience.

I purchased a 2015 AMG Package Mercedes C300 in November. I want to Thank Mr. Dan and the owners for dealing w/ my tough Father and I. Everything that was requested was definitely done to ensure we were satisfied. I reside Out of Town, but from the area and they made it easy for me to purchase this vehicle I fell in love with. I'm on my 2nd car in less than 2 years. The 1st had so many problems they gave up and gave me a 2nd one.. The second one has been in service a total of 5 weeks since March, not counting all the other times since July 2020 and STILL NOT FIXED but I keep paying for what they think the problem is. Oh, and they don't give loaners so plan on being without any transportation while the junk they buy keeps going back in for service. The more reviews I research the more I find it's the norm. Too bad I have NO PEACE OF MIND!!! I have problem after problem. Expense after expense. Inconvenience after inconvenience. And so many missed work days my job is in jeopardy. Yet, my car loan is ALWAYS paid!!! I pay for a vehicle I can't use!

" This is customer service " - Cici

I purchased a Nissan rogue last month but after driving the car for few hours on the highway i notice a very rare sound like in the tires as a woman my mechanical knowledge is limited and was very worried because i purchase this car myself and everybody told me that dealership take advantage of womans bla bla bla, so i call my Sales Rep at JP Powercars and we set an appointment to get it check, well just to be short, i never experience a level of customer service like the one i received from Karina Santos, extraordinary customer service, they were doing a cook out and i have my lunch on them "yay" lucky me the noise was only a Big nail that my tire caught up so they decide to replace the tire with a matching tire (new) and i also receive a complementary car wash. it was a great time with them, while they were taking care of customers 'sales"..... great guys, buy from them.

I had purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima SE-R from this... - altimator06

I had purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima SE-R from this dealership a year ago. Due to my credit, my payment was almost $400 a month. I was told that atfer 12 on time payments I could come back and refinance. Ona recent visit I saw that Car port Sales and Leasing was at a new location on Semoran Blvd in Winter Park, under new management as well. John and Lisa were very friendly and happy to help me. And thanks to them, I was refinanced through CFE Credit Union and they were able to get $100 a month taken off my car payment making it much more affordable. John is a great guy and is willing to bend over backwards to help you get a good deal. Definitely will recommend

Awesome Buying Experience - swsimmons

Dropped by Nations Trucks on Saturday, February 23, 2019, looking to possibly purchase a Truck. Arrived around 2, looked around, found the one I'd actually been looking for, for nearly a year! Took a test drive, made one offer and I NOW HAVE AN AWESOME TRUCK in my driveway! All-in-all about a 2 1/2 hour process. If you're in the market for a pre-owned truck, you simply HAVE TO GO TO NATIONS TRUCKS in Sanford, Florida. Our salesperson was Robert, and he couldn't have been more friendly, courteous or professional. In fact, the ENTIRE staff was amazing! All the way from Big Country (what an inspirational life he's living), to the General Manager (hope you didn't get in trouble for that awesome deal) to even the Finance Manager. AWESOME selection, AWESOME location & AWESOME people. You can't go wrong! We're absolutely and completely pleased & satisfied with our Nations Trucks Truck. Blessings, Gunny & Izzy

The actual buying experience went smoothly. However, we... - Jill C

The actual buying experience went smoothly. However, we traded my car in on this purchase on 3/14 and I just called my previous lender today, on 3/31, to confirm payoff. The loan balance was not paid off within the 10 days and is now showing past due. Update, it's 4/2, still not paid off and they're well past the 10 day payoff that was requested. Nielson at the Orlando location still says the bank should have the check tomorrow. Update, 4/3, bank still hasn't received payment, payoff is now $150 more than when requested. We ended up just paying it off over the phone. Called Hertz and now Nielson says that the electronic payment wasn't sent to the bank until 4/1, so they didn't pay until we called asking about it. He argued with my husband that this is business as usual with them. So, takenote, don't bother with them.

Paid around 17k for the vehicle and monthly repairs. - happyemove

Paid around 17k for the vehicle and monthly repairs. Paid it off it broke down and I was told it was 10k to fix. They were rude and told me it was my problem since I paid it off. Awful experience. Do not use their mechanics. They took out my drive shifter supposedly rebuilt the engine and transmission. Everything was messed up. I was in tears. Carmen was the best. She catches xxxx because of their foolishness. Sorry Carmen
