Today I witnessed the rebirth of Kendall, Hyundai. Currently they are remodeling, but even in these conditions they are hitting it out of the park. I was able to make an appointment with the automated system and received service within an hour of making my appointment. The service team rep Jeus Calderin was very amiable, knowledgeable and caring. I had to work that day and they were kind enough to help me with uber so that I could make it to work and back when the repair was complete.
Jesus was very communicative and kept me posted on the progress. Finally, someone is bringing excellent customer service back to Miami.
I am very grateful and appreciate the diligent efforts of my service representative and the very excellent mechanic who fixed my baby. Please accept my most sincere gratitude.
Kudos to your team. Everyone excelled today. From the young lady who first received me, to the service rep and mechanic. Very well organized and efficient service department. I commend you all, wish you the very best and may God bless you.
