Excellent service department and customer waiting room amenities. very reasonable wait time. Highly rate the dealership compared to ones I have dealt with in the past, having owned ten Ford Motor Company products over the years.Those being a new 1964 1/2 Mustang convertible, two other Mustangs three Explorers, a new 04 Aviator, 4 door T Bird, and a Lincoln Town car. And of course the Nautilus currently. It has all the bells and whistles which are great, but I truly dislike not being able to permanently disable the auto stop/start function. JBB

This is the second Lincoln that I have leased from this dealer. The first time was a great experience and I was more than satisfied with the experience and the car. I called the dealership and made an appointment with Robert Grissom. When I arrived at the dealership, the receptionist greeted me like a friend and Robert was waiting for me. We went to his desk and he listened to what I could afford and what I needed in a car. He had two options for me and I took me to see the cars. Both were wonderful, but I choose the one that was right for me. He did not pressure me into making the decision. He answered all my questions with made it easy to make a decision. Michael Glass, CFS Director, Tim Worsley, and Tom ?, introduced themselves to me and let me know that if I needed anything I just needed to ask. Everyone made me feel important and like we were friends. They did everything possible to get the best car for the money. When I met with Pico, Finance, he was also friendly and professional. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. I highly recommend this dealership and I will return when I need another car. This particular salesman is so precious! He could sell the wallpaper off the wall! I've driven Camaros all my life and for me to consider a Lincoln was a lot for me. He calls himself Buddy Freddy and the last time I talked to him was in 1997, and you couldn't have hired a more competent and knowledgeable man! It's too bad he's married, I wouldn't mind him for a husband myself! Kudos to you New Port Lincoln!! 🚗🚘
