I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this - Robert

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership! Chris was an awesome salesperson, and I truly appreciated the service and personal attention I received. I drove from Biloxi, MS, after being in contact with three other dealerships—including one that wanted me to pay extra for the mats already in the vehicle. Cough, cough… VW of Mobile. It was absolutely worth the trip! I highly recommend driving the extra miles—you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Chris and the team, for a great experience!

I strongly advise against this establishment. - latricegrace

I strongly advise against this establishment. The deliveries were indeed pleasant, but that’s the only reason they received a star. The service manager, Vicki Reeves, was solely focused on making a sale and completely disregarded any other concerns. Despite multiple emails exchanged, the issue remains unresolved. I was planning to purchase another vehicle for my daughter, but this experience has made me reconsider. It’s a terrible business!
