Great dealership, very impressive. The staff was very kind, respectful and helpful. I'd recommend Eric Gray to purchase a MB anytime. He was very attentive, made the buying process a breeze, very easy. He was more than helpful, offering and giving us a ride from the hotel. He reached out multiple times and was always available prior to us actually picking up the car. I feel he sells cars all the time, but is genuinely happy for you when you purchase, and excited to help with the process. I just loved the red curtain over the car to pull off when we sew the car for the first time. Nice touch! He has great energy that passes onto the customer. Pam helped with all aspects of financial questions, very knowledgeable, and also a happy employee, which is again passed onto the customer. Then our tech, Shaun, he was able to explain things clearly. He is perfect to go over all the details with so much information. A very patient and bright individual who saw us off with our new GLE450 Coupe!
