⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently leased a 2027 Subaru Crosstrek from - mapia53

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently leased a 2027 Subaru Crosstrek from Bedford Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! This dealership truly provides outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to make its customers feel valued. The General Manager, Asif Kassam, was exceptionally kind, personable, and genuinely interested in helping me get the best possible deal. Joshua Baskind, the salesman I worked with, was friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining both the lease process and the features of my new vehicle. Tyler Giles, the F&I Specialist, was also wonderful, taking the time to clearly explain my options and answer my questions. Everyone made the entire experience pleasant, comfortable, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership where customer satisfaction is clearly a priority. I highly recommend Bedford Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle and an exceptional buying or leasing experience. Thank you, Asif, Joshua, Tyler, and the entire Bedford Subaru team, for making my experience such a positive one!

I love 2 hours from this dealership, so we did the bulk - dbo965

I love 2 hours from this dealership, so we did the bulk of the deal on the phone. When we arrived, they had everything ready and waiting. We were at the dealership for under an hour, had everything signed and out the door! We had an unexpected issue with the car, and Serra went above and beyond to correct the issue. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a great deal, excellent service team, and easy closing!

Buying a car can be a difficult process. - cruizer88

Buying a car can be a difficult process. If you get the wrong sales person it's really bad. We got a nice young man (DJ) at Mazda and the process was actually fun. The loan process was also very pleasant. The car is amazing. Lots of things to learn to use. The ride is comfortable. The engine is very powerful. My buddys wife bought a Subaru. Nice car, but not this nice. He's jealous.
