Now Baumann Ford - Had my mustang at the service dept. for a possible harmonic balancer issue. They confirmed it was bad but chose not to work on the car simply because the OEM part was obsolete. The parts dept. confirmed aftermarket was avail same day and was willing to order the part. Instead they took the diag money and sent us packing. I called the Ford dealer on the other side of town, made the appt and they already ordered the part. Extremely poor service to refuse service and still take my money. I have been in service for many years and aftermarket parts are commonly used in dealerships, even though it changes the warranty. Prior to making our appt we were even told we would need to sign a waiver in order to use aftermarket parts.

They gave me a projected dollar value for my trade-in and lived up to their projected value! I spent less than an hour completing everything for my purchase. Purchased a 2020 Ford Edge from Albion Ford on October 29, 2022. Richard in finance was rude, pushy and very unprofessional. In May the windshield wipes quit working, in June my front collision sensor came loose, then my cruise control quit working (probably due to the sensor failure). Spent $700 to get it fixed so I could sell it. When I went to sell it, I was told it had been in an accident (car facts) that was not disclosed before my purchase…illegal. I took a $8K loss to get rid of this piece of junk! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Dishonest employees who just want to rip you off! ALBION FORD IS TERRIBLE!!

This dealership is a family owned no nonsence Ford dealership. They friendly and courteous. I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I was willing to pay for it. I would recommend that anybody purchasing a used or a new vehicle check this dealership also.
