I got my car back dirty, Tires covered in mounting greese hand prints everywhere. I spent 2,600 and was disappointed, poor form if you ask me. Everywhere I've ever gone they give you your car back clean.

I had a wonderful experience with Bob Maxey out of Howell MI. I live out of state and found a vehicle reasonable priced in the quality I wanted. I worked with their online used car sales team, specifically Joe, "The New Guy" as he goes by, and he was amazing. He was extremely professional, warm and down to earth, built a relationship of trust with me, and was very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in. This was all I could ask for and more with being out of state. After feeling confident in what I was getting and Joe putting me at ease, I bought the one way ticket to Detroit. A few hours later I was riding back to Omaha in my dream truck! This place is the real deal. If you have doubts, ask for Joe or Steve. They will be honest and truly work on behalf of the customer. I drove from out of state. They do not take deposits to hold vehicles. The salesman gave me the keys to drive it but told me nothing about the vehicle or features. I traded an older vehicle of the same type but had to figure out the new features on my own. I don't know if he figured he didn't need to since I was coming from hours away and it was a done deal. No salesmanship. Nice guy and polite though. Finance guy was efficient and polite. Drove vehicle home, took out the paper on the floor. The floormats in the front that were in the pictures were missing. Went back and forth with the salesman for a month before contacting the sales manager. He took care of it, was polite and apologetic. However, when I got them, they must be the wrong mats. I have directions to cut carpet for the plastic pieces that the mats snap down to. The old ones must not have had that, so the new ones shouldn't either. Overall, a mixed experience. Wouldn't recommend if you are driving fro. Afar.

Now Baumann Ford - Had my mustang at the service dept. for a possible harmonic balancer issue. They confirmed it was bad but chose not to work on the car simply because the OEM part was obsolete. The parts dept. confirmed aftermarket was avail same day and was willing to order the part. Instead they took the diag money and sent us packing. I called the Ford dealer on the other side of town, made the appt and they already ordered the part. Extremely poor service to refuse service and still take my money. I have been in service for many years and aftermarket parts are commonly used in dealerships, even though it changes the warranty. Prior to making our appt we were even told we would need to sign a waiver in order to use aftermarket parts.
