I had an issue with the check engine light on my 2025 Chevrolet Trax upon bringing my vehicle to Jones Chevrolet dealership. The service provider was great and she helped me with my issue. The part was ordered and arrived about a week later. I then brought my vehicle back to the dealership and they fixed the issue installed the new part quickly. They are very professional and kind.

We would purchase from this dealer again. The only negative was the detailing department closed at 5, so we did not get a final detail. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Christina Kemp! She was completely fine with us trying our car seats in the car. She also helped us get the price that worked for us.

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out all of their vehicles have this scam interior and exterior protection package added. They can't remove it because it's already been "applied" and thus they add $1,000 on to the asking price. This is a common dealer scam, do not pay for that. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else. Shady is as shady does.

This is the fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership in a little over 3 years. We worked with Ryan every time and he is a knowledgeable and professional salesman. Finally, I would like to say how impressed I was that the owner, AJ Stark, took the time and answered the phone when my husband called inquiring about a new vehicle. He was very efficient and involved in our purchase. I feel we couldn't have gotten the deal we received anywhere in the area! I Love our new 2018 Chev Traverse Redline! We just bought a 2019 Equinox from Fox Negaunee and are thoroughly pleased with the experience! Salesperson Casey Ford was NOT pushy, he was upfront about costs (which I valued greatly after another dealer wouldn't give me a price without a test drive). The Chevy Employee pricing made it a good deal, and while I would have liked to have gotten more from my trade-in, Fox sweetened the deal by giving an additional $500 incentive (on top of other incentives from GM). Casey was also upfront about GM Financial's interest rates (which we had decided not to use in advance, because of extremely poor user reviews). Car buying can be stressful, but Casey made it fun. We will look for our next vehicle at Fox.
