I called about my electronics went haywire and I had no brakes on June 17, I was told it would be August 3 before they could check it out. I called my salesman between 8-9 and was told he would talk to his manager and call me back at 9, I never heard back from him even after texting him at 10 and 11:30. I called thePublic relations Director and after 3 calls from her I got it will be Aug 3 but you can bring you truck and leave it and if we get an opening before we will look at it. So I called Sierra and told them They said bring it in the next day, well I wasnt driving it with no brakes so they helped me get roadside assistance to tow it in for me. It took a few days for them to find the problem and they also on their own fixed some recalls on the truck. Kuddos to them. More

I had an issue with the check engine light on my 2025 Chevrolet Trax upon bringing my vehicle to Jones Chevrolet dealership. The service provider was great and she helped me with my issue. This business is a joke. My wife and I went to purchase a vehicle. We advised the Mr. Nathaniel (sales person) that we would be using our bank (which we were already pre-appr My wife and I went to purchase a vehicle. We advised the Mr. Nathaniel (sales person) that we would be using our bank (which we were already pre-approved). He then preceded to tell us since we are using them that the price would go up. When we asked he stated that our bank was not their preferred bank. We started negotiating the amount and we even stated where we wanted our payment. The sales person then took our info and went to their finance guy. Then we noticed he started dealing with another couple. We waited and waited and he would come back and give us a lie then go back to the other couple. We finally decided to leave without purchasing the vehicle. Then my wife noticed they ran our credit. I texted him and asked him why since we already stated we were using our bank. He stated we never told him that, but we did because he wrote it on the paper along with all the other numbers. This is not good business. I will never go back to Jones Chevrolet again. More

Some of the people are nice enough but I have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle ever since I bought it. It has been in the shop almost as much as it has been out.
