We are actively looking for a Lincoln Navigator. A 2023 to 2025 with less than 50k miles. Colors and options are negotiable. We drove 3 hours to see a Navigator that this dealership said they had. When we called to make sure it was still available, the sales xxxxxx we got literally said it's not here and said it would be there Monday and hung up on us. There were 3 or 4 of the Navigators they supposedly had that we would have purchased, but we specifically asked about the one we were most interested in first. 60,000 dollar purchase blown up because your sales people are xxxxxxxx.

I arrived to Bayou Ford to check on my vehicle in Service. I told service advisor how much I liked the Maverick they loaned me to drive and that it was originally what I wanted back in 2021. So I went to sales and connected with Deanna Mack. She took a bad situation and made it a great situation. So with the help of Deanna and Robert Tamplain's, I was able to drive away with a new 2026 Ruby Red Maverick. I can hardly wait to make a long overdue trip fishing!
