I contacted this dealership about purchasing a vehicle. Was told vehicle was being held for me to come purchase today by Carmen Guidry. The truck has been sold because Carmen isn’t a real person. It is AI. Now I am without a vehicle. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Not only am I stuck with no vehicle but they have replaced a human job and the ai cannot do the job effectively. Shame on you lamarche ford I will definitely spread the word about you.

I arrived to Bayou Ford to check on my vehicle in Service. I told service advisor how much I liked the Maverick they loaned me to drive and that it was originally what I wanted back in 2021. So I went to sales and connected with Deanna Mack. She took a bad situation and made it a great situation. So with the help of Deanna and Robert Tamplain's, I was able to drive away with a new 2026 Ruby Red Maverick. I can hardly wait to make a long overdue trip fishing! I'm also sure my Puppies will be also grateful for their help! They get to go riding again! Thank you, Deanna and Robert!

I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I dealt directly with the sale manager Joe Monaghan. He and his staff were very professional, and treated me like I was family! I would definitely recomend that if anybody was shopping for a New or Used Truck or S U V, go there and you will see what im talking abot.
