I would NOT recommend the Crosby Ford Service Department based on our experience. We took our truck in for a fuel system/fuel line repair, and it took over a month for the work to be completed. During that time, we were told additional parts had been damaged while they were working on the truck, including issues involving the engine gaskets/heads. Then, just one day before we were supposed to pick it up, we were told the injectors had been damaged as well, which delayed the repair for another week. When we finally picked up the truck, the check engine light was already on. We later found out there was an issue with a vacuum hose, and the truck still was not running the way it did before we brought it in. Almost immediately, I also noticed an extremely loud fan/engine noise and poor acceleration. Now we are dealing with what appears to be a fan clutch issue, and ever since this service, the truck has not performed properly. What was supposed to be one repair turned into problem after problem. After having our truck for more than a month, I expected it to be returned to us repaired, inspected, and functioning correctly—not with new issues. Based on our experience, I would think twice before allowing this service department to work on your vehicle. We trusted them with our truck, and since getting it back, we have continued dealing with problems that were not there before.

I had a brain hiccup and thought I would shop another dealership but came to my senses and went back to Sour Lake Ford. They almost doubled my trade in offer and still sold my trade in 3 days later, now imagine what the other dealership would have made off my trade in! The sales experience has been pleasant and rewarding. They also have an excellent service department to take care of your needs after the sale. These folks are the greatest and other folks may get tired of my bragging on them but for me there is only one Ford Dealership worth knowing, they feel like family! If you decide to give them a try and I strongly suggest that you do, There is one name you need to know and that is ROCKIE TEMPLETON!! This lady is not scared of the big boys and will go to bat for you against anybody!! When I drive up one of the other salesmen call her, they all know I only deal with ROCKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
