Horrific dealership.with horrific ownership and management. Sold.a corvetter that had it's engine e replaced and never.dislcosed the information then turned their heads like nothing happened. Mike Terry the owner is all talk said he was going to help me.then also went ghost. Stay away.

My husband flew from California to Texas to purchase a suburban from the dealership. When he arrived, the car had 37K, not 33K miles as listed and they had the audacity to update the listing while he was in the dealership. Nick in the windshield. Complete service records were not provided as requested. Fees that were agreed to be remove were not removed. Didn’t bother to detail the car. Unfortunately, this was a very unsavory experience filled with dishonesty and gaslighting - we did not purchase the vehicle. A significant amount of time and money was wasted in travel to get the vehicle. Would not recommend.

Great prices and wide variety, just wish they would wait and offer options like the Butler and anti-theft insurance before adding them to the vehicles that have not been sold. The sales lady I had an appointment with never got around to me but another one did step up and he did a great job. It is time consuming, that is the f&I department though be prepared to wait a while. but worth the wait for a good vehicle at a good price. Very competitive pricing here. Will update review soon and be able to give insight into service department.

Office pleasant, informative, easy to work with. Honest and up-front with procedure and they requirements. Diagnostic found known problems plus a couple not so obvious. Fixed all but found I needed plug wires that weren't on the estimate. Replaced the wires free of charge. Truck (a Ford) runs good as new. Fast turnaround, fair price, quality work. Highly recommend their service dept.

This dealership is horrible at fixing vehicles. Took my vehicle around 3-4 times to get the AC fixed in it and they will replace all the expensive parts without fixing the AC. Had my AC going out on my 2018 Tahoe took it in the first time. I informed them that compressor was going out and it possibly needs a new compressor due to research on the issue it was having. They took it for a week and then they told me my rear evaporator is leaking replaced it said it was fixed didn’t make it 15min down the road and it completely went out worst than when I dropped it off took it back in and said the compressor was out (what I originally told them the issue was due to my own research). Replaced the compressor and it was good for almost 2 months and started again. At this point I was suspecting a leak or faulty new compressor. Took it to another shop to diagnose since the first few times dealer couldn’t fix issue. They told me the compressor was not working properly. Since it was just replaced I took it to dealer to get warranty compressor. They informed me that compressor was fine and had a leak in front evaporator core and quoted me $4000 to fix. Told them I didn’t trust there opinion and was getting a 3rd opinion took it to 3rd mechanic and after a week of tracking down the issue they informed me that they can send command to compressor to turn on some times it did some times it didn’t witch that was the issue I was having. And the solenoid inside the compressor was sticking and it needs a new compressor. Went to the dealer with my findings to get a new compressor so other mechanic can fix the issue properly. Was told I’m out of luck unless I bring vehicle back to them. Not a chance on this earth will AL Wilford ever receive another dime from me and will let everyone know they have mechanics that can’t figure out a problem even if u spell it out for them. Do not take your vehicle here if u actually want it fixed!

Service Dept. is terrible! They never called me know what they found when I took it in for issues with my 4WD.I went by and they said they could not call me as their phones were down.. mind you as I arrived they were standing outside talking on cell phones! I went by 3 times to find out what was going on with my vehicle and no one from service was there to help or could get on the phone and the sales guy- manager on duty- was rude! Their story was they could not follow up with me on a call due to phones being down at their location-When I said, "You all have cell phones!" he threw the paper with my information at me and said, " I can't help you- have a nice day"... Then- on top of all of that, They let my friend pick up the vehicle without even calling me to confirm he had permission to do so!!! REALLY????!!!! Terrible service! I bought the car from them... 2 months later I bought my son a new car- and I DID NOT buy it there!
