Everyone that I had an interaction with was 100% professional. Honestly, I've never had a better experience while buying a vehicle. The vehicle that I purchased had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed. The folks at CarMax took care of everything. They even ordered a lug nut key for me that was missing from the Honda. I'm admittedly a picky buyer, and the crew at CarMax West El Paso went above and beyond. Completely a pleasant experience.

Have them explain every line of sales contract. We were mislead. Cost us thousands. Took over month to get our copy of sales contract then only because we had to call to find out what was going on. Next time we buy a car we will be more diligent and it won't be from Mission chevrolet in El Paso
