Ly Le (financing dept,) was great & professional but the rest of the closing experience was disappointing. Dashawn and George D were never able to find out about a last minute fix that needed to be done to my NEW truck before hand over, something that failed the checklist. Dont think its asking too much to find out what was done, but have sent over a dozen emails and 2 calls with no resolution

I have been a long time Jeep owner and newly purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I am planning a trip and recently bought a roof top tent for it. Realizing that i needed a roof rack to go with it i attempted to order one online and this did not work well. I am happy to say i called parts dept. and they ordered me the right rack and it was in the store within a few days. I have no experience with installing a rack like this so i inquired about how much this would cost and was dismayed to be quoted $580 and was told based on what i ordered it would take the shop 5 hours to install. This didnt seem right, so i picked up the rack and took a shot at installing it myself. Again i was dismayed to realize i had been over-quoted, i often times believe its because i am female. It took me all of 30 to 40 minutes to install. Not cool Jeep Findlay

Our 2008 Toyota Tundra needed the 180,000 mile service done along with some other issues we were having.Pierce Auto Center’s service department performed excellent service on it.They also have a very friendly and helpful staff.We will definitely go back for future service needs and we highly recommend Pierce Auto Center to everyone else.
