I am happy to leave this recent and honest review of our experience with La Messa RV in Messa AZ. Our experience was not the most stellar one with miss communication along with lengthy time frames which in turn caused frustration and disappointment. The end result was us not accepting possession of our chosen coach and a very unnerving feeling about our deposit which was quite large for us. All the players from sales to finance and closing had done their best with getting this deal closed. The sticking point was the RV techs not completely addressing the work needing finished and what actually they considered should be done. If they had just done the work to our standards in the beginning the sale would have been completed. However our time frame ran out and frustration set in therefore we backed out of the deal. Discussing this with the sales manager in the end and some heated conversation; I must say La Messa Rv in Messa AZ most graciously and respectfully refunded our deposit which in turn renewed our trust in both humanity and this particular dealership. Bravo to all of you who assisted us in this experience and Thank You La Messa RV. Hats off to you.

Our experience with the folks at Nelson RV has been exceptional! From the initial contact with James, who greeted me with an ice cold bottle of water, a friendly smile and handshake to Wayne who made sure everything was right with the unit we purchased to Dionne who handled the paper work...it was truly great. The small dedicated staff of technicians whose goal was to make sure that every unit sold met their high standards was a change of pace from a typical large RV dealer. If you are interested in purchasing a good, used RV, from a quality dealer I highly recommend Nelsen RV.

You have ruined my rv buying experience, am reaching out to the endless amount of bad reviews to help back my lawsuit claims of deceiving the consumer , price gouging and a manager who only worsen the problem with yelling at you... please email me with your details and will forward them to my attorney, NOW. THEY WANT MORE MONEY FOR REPAIRS AND UPGRADES , THIS PLACE IS BEYOND WORDS.. EXCEPT THE WORD GREEDY
