This review is overdue. I've purchased 2 cars from Spreen Mazda. A Mazda 6 in 2021 and a Mazda 3 in 2023. The Mazda 6 transaction was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and I've purchased a lot of cars. The Mazda 3 purchase took a bit longer because the car wasn't at the dealership when we purchased it. But Jimmy did a great job at problem solving. Stephanie, Ezekiel, Jimmy - Everyone was really great to work with. Also Bill in the service department is fantastic. Great service overall! In the future, if we decide to buy a Mazda again, we will come to Spreen Mazda!

What a dirty bait and switch the manager Don/Dom did. I work a deal with Shawn over the phone and get the Out-the-door price that he confirmed with his manager - ALL IN WRITING. I get passed over to Jeremy, another salesman, and he again confirms with me that the deal is confirmed. However, when I’m on the way to the dealership, all the sudden Jeremy is on a delivery and I’m told to talk to Don/Dom Then when I go to pay the $32.7k and pick up the car, miraculously, Don/Dom has never heard of me and slaps me with over $37k for the final bill. I show him the writing confirming $32.7k from his employee, yet he doesn’t appear to understand federal or state law. I get Jermey on speaker phone and he even says to Don/Dom that he spoke with him earlier and he approved it, yet this stereotypical and self-destructive sales manager flat out denies him. The nerve on this man is incredible because as we’re walking out and calling him out on his xx he wants to throw out $33.7k. To the owner, Richard, managers like Don/Dom ruin your reputation and make people HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS.

My son bought a 2024 Mazda 3 hatchback today. I went with him for moral support. Juan was our salesman, Semaj was the manager. They tag teamed together to keep us busy. Both were very nice, but played the game like most car salesmen. Jose was the finance manager who Semaj kept going back to so we could get "a better deal" While we were happy with the end result, knowing we had to keep on our toes or get screwed is stressful. How did we know they (Mazda dealership) was pulling a fast one? They tried to throw in a "covid fee" xxx!? Apparently since covid new cars are hard to get, so they try to charge a "covid fee"! There was a brand new Mazda 3 sitting right there! We weren't stupid enough to get vaccinated or wear a mask, we sure aren't going to pay a fee! It was waived. I looked all through the paperwork to make sure it wasn't hidden somewhere else. In the end, my son got the deal he wanted and walked away happy. we recommend this dealership and Juan, Semaj and Jose, just do your research and watch out for unnecessary fees.
