I purchased a vehicle from this dealership September 2023. Since then I've taken the car in for its regular maintenance and unexpected emergencies. I always received 100% customer service always going over and beyond. When I have driven in without an appointment and initially told they wouldn't be able to see my car for 2 hours. I was greatly impressed when after 35 minutes my car was ready for me to pick up. The the quality of their customer service doesn't start and end in their service department. We had a very satisfying experience with our salesman though when we visited a lot to look for the call. There was no pressure and he finalized the deal that night and picked up the car nice and clean the next morning. Overall rating is 10 out of 10 and I will return to purchase another vehicle and refer my friends and family to ask for Earl at New City Nissan.

The staff were very friendly and personable. I told them the make and model of the vehicle I was looking for, and they stayed right on task. They were not pushy. The process and paperwork was relatively fast and simple. They responded to all my questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a new car.
