I will never deal with them again! We went in on Saturday we knew the exact car we wanted! We put a deposit down, I told them to give us call when the deal comes through so we will know numbers! Never heard back from them. We went in at 11 am, they didn’t pull our credit until 7pm that night! Called several times on Monday left voicemail no response! Final got a TEXT on Tuesday saying sorry for the delay!! I called Dan Cummins jeep 15 mins later got the deal in 45 mins that we was there! Signed documents and everything! We was out of there in 2 hours! It has taken them 3 days and we still haven’t heard anything! Went to get my refund today and they still didn’t tell me anything! Once I told him we purchased the jeep already he said so ya just got any car! Heck no we got the same car cheaper and less hassle! Glen freedom needs to work on their customer service! I honestly think they didn’t take me and my husband serious! We make over 6 figure it was easy sale! I hate it for the sale guy due to him losing money! But I will never do business then again!!
