We purchased a certified used 2021 Dodge Ram Limited truck. Although our initial experience with the purchase was good, they owed us a couple of service items. Furthermore we had been having another issue with the truck that we asked to have addressed and because of very poor communication at the dealership we have been unable to get them to address the issue. We called again this week and my husband was told he would get a call back and still have not received that call back. I would give a much higher rating if the customer service was better. More

Horrible service experience. Dropped my car off to have a abs light inspected and also a brake inspection. After the diagnosis I stated I would do the work myself and buy the parts. I payed for the diagnost abs light inspected and also a brake inspection. After the diagnosis I stated I would do the work myself and buy the parts. I payed for the diagnostics and when i went to drive out of the lot my car would barely stop and the abs light was worse. then i agreed to do the service there instead of paying for a tow...1100 dollars and 2 days later the truck was no different. Very Very soft braking and abs light still flashing. Cant help but think it was a way for the tech to rack up service bills and make more money off me but it could be an honest mistake. Either way I payed a lot of money for a car that went from having an issue to now borderline undriveable because it takes very very long to stop. Service advisors seemed cool and also frustrated for my issue and didn't seem to try and upsell me in any way like other places but they aren't the ones working on the vehicles. More

I wish a zero star rating was possible. This is the worst dealership and worst leasing experience I've ever had and I'm on my 11th leased vehicle. I can tell you that the 5 star ratings here are most worst dealership and worst leasing experience I've ever had and I'm on my 11th leased vehicle. I can tell you that the 5 star ratings here are most likely fake and you can tell by the fact that they are all very similar in length and wording. I was given a vehicle that immediately exhibited issues but was told the issue would clear after a couple of days. Well, it didn't. So I made multiple unanswered calls to Ramon my salesperson but he never picked up and was never available. So I went to the dealer to have the issue addressed. I advised another salesman of the issues I was having with a vehicle that I just drove off the lot and he told me that he just bought a samsung tv and the remote wasn't working so these types of things happen. The lady at the front desk overheard us talking and under her breath said "you should take it to service". A brand new car with 35 miles on it and I have to bring it to service. I give in and bring it over to what can only be described as a chop shop in the middle of Dover which the affectionately call their service center. The supervisor there was great, I believe his name was Joe, and really tried to help. But his fix didn't help at all. They attempted to replace my failed part with another new car's part (uh...hope you don't get that old one!). 3500 miles later it still doesn't work right. And now the car has a leak from the roof...good grief. Jeeps are just made like junk and the dealerships selling them are horribly sketchy. Buyer beware. More

She was greeted by a sales assoc I have bought 3 cars from Dover Dodge. Today my wife walked in for an appointment she had to meet our salesman Ramon. She was greeted by a sales associate. My wife asked for Ramon, she was told he is not coming in today. (Ramon said he would meet her there today) He walked away. Then he accidentally text my wife. He thought it was just Ramon but it was a group text that my wife was on. The text said "We're open and your girl is here talking xxxx because of the payment" Well, this is how they respect women? My wife was there with my daughter. She wasn't rude and never is. I have always heard bad things about Dover Dodge. I kept using them and referred many people who bought cars. Never again and will do my best to expose hoe they feel about their female customers. More

Nothing would make me happier than having them take my car back, refund me all my down payment money (that they 100% screwed me over on--just 1 of many), and just sever all ties with them. The sales people are horrible, and the finance guy thinks he's slick. I've tried with them, and I'm just over it. Some people have a good experience, I have not. However--the one thing they have going for them is the GM is very nice. Also, still waiting for my spare key since 12/5/19. More

Im giving this dealership-5 stars. I bought 3 vehicles from them and was looking to purchase another vehicle. And supposedly the sale person told me the vehicle is mine but finance wasnt cooperating. When from them and was looking to purchase another vehicle. And supposedly the sale person told me the vehicle is mine but finance wasnt cooperating. When i ask to speak to the finance person i wasn’t allowed too. Then they wont negotiate a price. And they ask why did i service my vehicle at different dealership and i said there service department sucks. This been a on going problem which they still yet to correct. More

He brought the car (in the color I wanted from a local storage unit), gave me the lease terms I wanted, with virtually no money down and I walked out of the dealership with a new Jeep Gladiator in literally 2.5 hours. It was easy, pleasant and absolutely hassle-free! I highly recommend Kevin and this dealership! More
