I had a real go around with the finance manager. I bought a car and was satisfied with it. Paid cash and then he sold me an extended warranty for $2,800. After reading the contract and realizing that this is something I did not want, I came back and tried to cancel it. That's when it all hit the fan. The finance manager became irate. Ruth nasty combative. He was demanding information that was none of his business and he refused to process my request for a cancellation and a full refund unless I gave him private information that was none of his business. You really need to talk to this dude because he was off the rails. Be assured I will not be visiting many of fort Myers ever again More
