Our experience here was very positive. Details in the environment helped make this place more familiar than formal- walls were covered with Make- a-Wish Foundation donation stars and there was a box coll environment helped make this place more familiar than formal- walls were covered with Make- a-Wish Foundation donation stars and there was a box collecting used children’s coats for a local charity. We were offered water or coffee. Staff personalized their work areas with family photos. These details sound irrelevant, however, they set the tone of our experience being personable instead of a formal transaction. When it was time to discuss the price, AJ, our sales and leasing consultant, worked with us on negotiating the details. Some things on our wish list couldn’t fit in our budget due to the costs of labor involved in the procedure. He then provided us with some options that did fit our budget which we didn’t before consider. However, after realizing that the price of this new car was still out of our budget, he recommended a certified pre-owned model that fit our needs. AJ provided us with print-outs of both vehicles that explained the costs of each model and what they include. AJ did not push or try to sell us a car but rather helped us navigate and understand the many details of each. We felt as though he had our best interest in mind, and explained the advantages/disadvantages of each purchase. With AJ’s assistance, we decided on the certified pre-owned 2019 Honda Civic. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was properly prepared for us. It was very clean and we were provided with a service receipt that listed how the vehicle was prepared- oil was changed, new air filter installed, etc. We met with a delivery specialist, Prince. Our prior vehicle was dated 2004 and did not have BlueTooth nor other electronic features, so we needed a lot of guidance. Prince patiently explained the many abilities to us. He also programmed our radio station as well as connected my iPhone to the vehicle. Michael, the business manager, had all of the appropriate paperwork ready for us to sign and he explained each form to us. He coordinated the final details of our purchase quickly and smoothly, and helped ensure that we didn’t have long to wait from when we provided him with the last signature to when we received the car keys. More
