I was on a tight budget and had already shopped around without having any luck. AJ took the time to listen to what I needed and what was important to me, . He took the time to explain every feature and was genuinely enthusiastic about finding a car that fit my needs. I was so excited when he found me the perfect car that not only fits in my budget, but is by far the best car I’ve ever had. I feel safe driving it and it’s a lot of fun too. Everyone in the dealership had the perfect combination of professionalism and making me feel comfortable at the same time. After having a few not so great experiences, it made me appreciate them so much more. They do not push products or make you feel like a sales goal. I had a vehicle that I wanted to trade and other dealerships told me that it was impossible to get the payment I wanted. Needless to say, Mohawk Honda exceeded my expectations and within two days I drove away with a 2019 Honda Civic and the payment was exactly where I wanted it to be. I was treated incredibly well and they listened to what I wanted, as well as showing me the in's and out's of the car to make sure it was the right fit for me. I will not go to any other dealer! Usually I dread buying a new car! I have a bit of a walking issue, but they made it easy for me and accommodated my needs. And then they worked with me in trading in a 10 year old car I have a bit of a walking issue, but they made it easy for me and accommodated my needs. And then they worked with me in trading in a 10 year old car. Tough negotiations at first, but in the end I think I was treated fairly. I'll be back when I'm ready to trade the next time. You can't beat these guys for service either. They've serviced my cars since 2002 and I never felt they over charged or recommended service that was not needed. Service is very important when considering buying a new car because I like to buy from a dealer that has a good reputation for serving the vehicle I'm about to buy. More
