The representatives who helped us in the purchasing process were amazing. However, I had been to the dealership before and it took a very long time for someone to help me. Whenever I asked to view the car, the other representative (not the one who helped me with my car purchase) we’re not very helpful. I’m not bragging by saying this just being honestly objective - I maybe someone young, however, my financial circumstances are better then many individuals older than me. I’ve shopped at other luxury car brands and haven’t felt age discrimination like I have felt here. Thus, would I recommend Genesis, xxxx YES. Would I recommend this dealership - only to refer them to the rep who helped me. Without those two individuals (very kind and patient) who helped me - I wouldn’t recommend this location. More

So have tried to call twice as vehicle we purchased was detailed before we took off lot and the floor mats never got put back in.
