I am a 62 year old man working 10 hours a day and list my car and needed a new one and found a car online and called route 44 Toyota and got a price and online sales man emailed me the car description and t car and needed a new one and found a car online and called route 44 Toyota and got a price and online sales man emailed me the car description and total price. I drive 30 minutes after work at 6:10 pm to go see the car and when I got there and chose the car and when I was about finish the purchase a sales manager by the name of A.B. Granillo came and said the price I was given is not correct and wanted to raise the price. This should not be allowed by the owners. Taking advantage of The consumer should not be allowed. I will continue to report this act to GOV agencies and all media to make sure this doesn’t happen to others. More
