If 0 stars could be given I would. The car buying process was okay - per se, however, that sales person is no longer working for the dealership. The real issues came when they gave us the wrong title paperwork and information for a car we did NOT purchase. They recognized their mistake partially when I was called back to their office a week later for updated paperwork - but no updated title paperwork and we had already registered our vehicle and purchased plates. So 2 years later we are thinking about trading in the vehicle and we notice we do not have a title. I was also made aware that my plates were expired but I had received no paperwork from the DMV reminding of the need to renew. This was because they were not appropriately registered!!!!!! I brought it to the dealerships attention and was initially presented with meeting with AJ in finance. He completely disregarded our need for attention to this important issue and was too focused on his sale he was in the middle of and waiting on something - essentially telling us we would need to leave when he received whatever it was he was waiting on for the sale. He took the paperwork and said he would work on it and sent us on our way. At the beginning of April we got new paperwork together and signed to be sent off to the Department of Motor Vehicles. I heard back on May 27th that my title had arrived and we made plans for them to deliver my title that day to my house. I did not receive it and inquired a couple days later to which I was told that they actually had not received it. It was now June 17th and I contacted the DMV inquiring about my title to which I was told that the DMV mailed it on the 16th of May and Suntrup should have it by now. I messaged them inquiring about my title and was ignored. The next morning at 7am UPS rings my doorbell delivering my title. I continue to be ignored about plates and any compensation for this nightmare. I would have never purchased from here if I knew what a nightmare situation this would be. Oh, and don't even try to talk to anyone else at the dealership because they do not communicate and can't give you any answers if the main contact is not present. An absolute nightmare. I was going to trade my vehicle 6 months ago, but now, the miles and wear and tear are going to be too much thanks to this mishap from this dealership. If you look at the reviews carefully, you will see I am not the only person with a title issue!! Beware! More

Our daughter goes to college at The University of Mississippi in Oxford. It’s a five hour drive straight south on 55. She’s been driving a Hyundai Tucson and it hasn’t been as reliable as we were hoping. We wanted to find her a car with high safety ratings and very reliable. We know Volkswagen is a great car. My daughter called the Suntrup dealer in south county. We came in and met with Kai, he was amazing to work with. He helped us find the perfect model to fit exactly what we were looking for in a car. A safe reliable car for our daughter to drive back and forth from home to school. She will be driving the 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan. Not only is it safe and reliable but a very sharp looking car that I’m sure my daughter will drive for many years to come. Thanks again Team Suntup South County! More

Kai was helpful and professional - he had even taken the time to respond to me on a Sunday to get as much information going as possible. AJ was great, I was able to get the car at a great price and even mor time to respond to me on a Sunday to get as much information going as possible. AJ was great, I was able to get the car at a great price and even more protection for myself and the vehicle. After the sale, I was reviewing the paperwork and was extremely unhappy because I was not fully understanding the numbers (I had my wife and kids there and a lot was going on) and out of a lack of understand wrote a poor review. AJ called me the next day and re-walked me through the numbers again and made sure I understood the actual deal I got. I have a lot of respect for that - so in turn I am changing my review. More

Appreciated the great service from Zach and Suntrup when we purchased our 2022 Atlas. There was an issue discovered when we left the day of purchase worn the Auto Start, which was rectified to our satisfac we purchased our 2022 Atlas. The only other item was that the car was not extensively detailed upon departure, but is acceptably clean. Overall, we are happy with our dealer experience, and look forward to many happy miles with our vehicle. Our requests were met in an honest and forthright manner, and the wait for finance was longer than expected due to a perfect storm scenario of end of the month, tax refund season, and the threat of new Tariffs that motivated everyone to buy. More
