It is criminal to tack on $12,000, and then give him an interest rate over 9%. He has excellent credit, and they didn’t bother to ask for a co-signer. They won’t take the car back so he is stuck paying twice what the car is worth. For shame on AJ and Mike. You people could care less who you hurt as long as it lines your pockets. You were not willing to work with me. I couldn’t even get through to the stupid person who keeps auto-replying. You don’t personally call people back; for shame on you. I will tell the rich neighbors I have in The Villages how awful your dealerships are, and tell them to go elsewhere to be treated decently. I just am astounded that even though car dealers are the worst for ripping people off, you hit a new low. A total of $38,000 with interest, for a $20,000 car? Is that even legal? Almost double the sticker price out the door. AJ should be fired for what he did, and Mike in finance is the most despicable person I have talked with. I will continue to let people know not to buy from you. More

This is the second Honda CR-V we have bought from Jenkins Honda and we have been extremely happy with both transactions. AJ was our salesman on our recent purchase and was also excellent, he insisted on my taking the car for a test drive even though I told him I didn’t need too since I already owned one but he said it was part of his job, He made sure I was happy with everything about the car and work with me until we came up with a price and payment that I was happy with. I would definitely recommend AJ an Jenkins Honda to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More
