Hello, my name is AJ Castin, Business Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I entered the automotive industry in 2014 joining the Germain team in November of 2016. I dedicated to providing our guests a quality experience with my “customer first guarantee” philosophy. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I graduated from Pickerington Central High School. I love the fact that Football is BIG in the Columbus area. When I’m not working I enjoy relaxing, being outdoors, watching football, and riding motorcycles. If I were to be a superhero, it would have to be the Hulk, he can be normal and a destroyer all at the same time. My favorite vacation getaway is Florida, I have a lot of family there and I and I can relax and kick back listening to my favorite song Fix by Chris Lane. I also am very mechanically inclined so I find myself getting into certain items the interest me. My favorite Toyota is the Tacoma, there are unlimited things you can do with them.

Knowledgeable, good listener, helpful AJ took the time to explain the financing options, deals average, car features and setting up computer options such as the garage door opener and the AJ took the time to explain the financing options, deals average, car features and setting up computer options such as the garage door opener and the I phone remote to name a few. I needed a car after my car finally needed additional repairs costing a down payment for a new car. AJ put my mind at ease regarding every aspect of the sale. it was a good experience!!! More

AJ helped to make my entire experience perfect! I had been a customer at another dealership for 3 different leases, however they seemed never able to get me the exact color, features, or interiors t I had been a customer at another dealership for 3 different leases, however they seemed never able to get me the exact color, features, or interiors that I wanted; and these things are important to me! When I began looking at the RAV4, AJ allowed me to test drive one in a different color, but had all of the features I was looking for! I fell in love with the car, was able to complete my paper work when it was convenient for me, and a few days later I was able to drive off the lot in my dream car in my dream color! would recommend AJ and Germain Toyota to anyone looking for a quick and seamless car buying experience- and for anyone looking to get everything they’ve wanted in a car!
