Hello, my name is AJ Castin, Business Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I entered the automotive industry in 2014 joining the Germain team in November of 2016. I dedicated to providing our guests a quality experience with my “customer first guarantee” philosophy. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I graduated from Pickerington Central High School. I love the fact that Football is BIG in the Columbus area. When I’m not working I enjoy relaxing, being outdoors, watching football, and riding motorcycles. If I were to be a superhero, it would have to be the Hulk, he can be normal and a destroyer all at the same time. My favorite vacation getaway is Florida, I have a lot of family there and I and I can relax and kick back listening to my favorite song Fix by Chris Lane. I also am very mechanically inclined so I find myself getting into certain items the interest me. My favorite Toyota is the Tacoma, there are unlimited things you can do with them.

We found what we wanted on Germain Toyota's website and decided to move on it. I contacted Germain and was put in touch with AJ. From the get go he didn't treat me as other salesman have since I'm a female. That in itself gave him high marks. He greeted me first, even though my husband was with me (another high mark) and kept engaging both my husband and I. I am grateful for AJ's professionalism and courtesy the entire time we talked with him. I will recommend anyone to contact him when needing to seek out a Toyota. Thank you, AJ. I know you probably didn't think anything of me being a female, but other salesman brush me off and prefer to speak with my husband only. You have solidified customers for life. More

Awesome Experiance Austin was great from start to finish. He was up front and honest throughout the entire process. There was not a whole lot of back and forth haggling Austin was great from start to finish. He was up front and honest throughout the entire process. There was not a whole lot of back and forth haggling that you find at most dealerships. I’d recommend Austin to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Very well done. More
