The most recent 3rd time for the same problem I never got a call that the truck was ready supposedly I was called on November 14th but I wasn't. I was called by Sean he ax me for permission for an extended check ride so the contact dish and could try to reduplicate the issue never heard back.I tried to call Sean yesterday never return my call on the 21st tried to call him today on a 22nd he was not in . My daughter came in this morning to pick up the Jeep when she got in her truck it was on empty no gas. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with both security Dodge and Chrysler. I expect a phone call from the service manager or dealership manager regarding this situation both of which are unreachable.. More
