I cannot thank AJ and his Sales manager enough for helping me. I thought all was lost being upside down in my car. I've gone to several different dealerships that said they can help, and never followe helping me. I thought all was lost being upside down in my car. I've gone to several different dealerships that said they can help, and never followed through. Mike Rezi Nissan was the first dealership that I've been to with actual true to word, Stand Up guys. I will forever come here from now on with any car needs. To say AJ went above & beyond is an understatement. He was a miracle worker for me. He not only listened to my concerns, but took them into consideration when trying to find me the perfect fit. I cannot thank him enough. To find people in this crazy world that not only take care of their customers, we learned how Mike Rezi Nissan took care of their customers. These are the kind of businesses that should earn your money and loyalty, and they now have mine! Thanks again AJ & the Mike Rezi Nissan. You are appreciated 💛 More

I always associate car shopping with "high-pressure" because in the past i have experienced salespeople pushing you to upgrade and change personal preferences to get the deal done. My sales associate, AJ, was absolutely amazing! AJ was informative and knowledgeable. AJ did not put pressure on me but rather helped to assist me in finding a car that met my needs and preferences. Not once did I feel pressured. I am so thankful to AJ and the Mike Rezi Nissan team for helping me to get into the car I wanted. Absolutely recommend! When looking for a new car, you find yourself going down The path of unsure, deception, lies, and scandals. This was not the case with Mike Rezi Nissan. AJ was my sales person and might I add a genuine person that did not look at his pockets, but rather my needs and consulted me on just the right vehicle with the right options. I thought I needed a platinum level but he told me I could save a bunch of money and get the SL with premium package. Granted, the platinum would’ve been great, but I didn’t need to spend an extra $3000, and manage to save that. Very few salesman care about their product and their customers and AJ was and is definitely part of that small percentage. I would mark 10 stars if this would allow me! More

Last Friday, I sent out a few inquiries on a Sentra to help my son navigate through his first car purchase. I received an email from Mike Rezi stating: “No hidden fees, addendums, or surprises when you ar help my son navigate through his first car purchase. I received an email from Mike Rezi stating: “No hidden fees, addendums, or surprises when you arrive at the dealership. We price aggressively online and do not tag on additional addendums”. AJ from Mike Rezi Nissan followed up early on Saturday morning and gave us a great “ePrice”. We talked on the phone to confirm price details and I let him know we wanted a 36-month loan with 3.9% APR as promoted on the website. I asked for a walkout price before driving an hour to the dealership, but AJ said that “my managers are assuring me you will get the best deal once you’re here”. We drove there and my son really enjoyed the test drive, excited at the promise of owning his first car. We sat down to close the deal and that is when everything changed. The first surprise was learning the ePrice AJ gave me was not valid under the terms we discussed earlier. Cory (AJ’s manager) told me that it was a special rate offered with different incentives, that I had to use the “standard rates” offered by NMAC for the ePrice (I later found this hidden in fine print at the very bottom of their website), and that I had to pay an additional $2k for these terms. The second surprise was when the only rate they gave me was 10.99% APR for 72 months! They didn’t ask about my credit score, income, or other details to determine my standard NMAC rate. Just told me that I had to sign up for the crazy terms to get the ePrice. Asking my son to pay 40% interest for his first car or an additional $2k to get better terms was not even a good deal. I assumed the “best deal” promised meant the best deal for my son – not for the dealership. Classic bait and switch and predatory lending tactics. Does that really sound like “No hidden fees, addendums, or surprises when you arrive at the dealership”? Cory said I could sign up for the high rate and pay it all off the first month to avoid high interest, but it would penalize his dealership. He instructed me to pay most down the first month, with enough left to make the normal payments for the next 5 months and all would be good. He also gave an option to pay another $500 for 7.9% APR over 72 months. I explained to Cory and his manager that I had communicated financing details to AJ upfront and there were no financing requirements/restrictions listed in the ePrice email. They brushed it off as a mistake. My son found online reviews of others who had experienced this same thing and told me he was ok with us leaving, so we did just that. I found another local Nissan dealer in Marietta late Saturday night, selected a similar new Sentra (same trim and packages) on their website with 3.9% APR/36m financing, and was given a price practically the same price as AJ had originally given me with $1250 in dealer incentives. All without speaking to any salesperson and laid out clearly on the web site. I made an appointment for Sunday afternoon. At the dealership, they give me a breakdown of different monthly rates/payments based on my credit. They ran a credit check and asked for all other details needed to confirm financing. My credit score is over 800+ so I had no problem locking in 3.9% APR/36m with no surprises, hidden fees, or addendums. My son would have paid $6k more in interest for Mike Rezi’s deal, or $2k more upfront, to get the same financing as the Marietta dealership. On Sunday, my son drove home in a new car with a big smile on his face, without playing any dealership games. Mike Rezi’s team fell short on an opportunity to make a new driver, and his entire family, extremely happy. Instead, we were an easy mark and opportunity to put a few extra bucks in their pocket. My son left disappointed but learned a valuable life lesson on why people despise car dealerships and their games that prioritize higher profits over customer satisfaction. More
