All my experiences at phil long have been great this is only my second purchase at phil long but it has been wonderful my son also purchased his very 1st car there on his 18th birthday. It was an ok experience. They did help me get out of a messy situation. However, I feel like I was pressured into leasing an EV. Was lied to about getting free charging at Ch They did help me get out of a messy situation. However, I feel like I was pressured into leasing an EV. Was lied to about getting free charging at ChargePoint centers. Turns out that promotion for $400 in free charging ended in July. Was lied to about how it only takes 10-15 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%. It takes at least 45 minutes at minimum. I tried to reach out to ask if I’m doing something wrong with charging and nobody has called or texted me back. More

And Julianna helped make the whole process smooth and easy to follow, which I definitely appreciated. Everyone I talked to was friendly, straightforward, and made the whole thing a lot less stressful than car buying usually feels.
