I had an appointment set but still ended up waiting over 2 hours, nearly 3. I was only there for an oil change and inspection. After about an hour and a half, I was told my car shouldn’t have passed inspection to to the age of my tire even though my tires had decent tread and overall condition. As I went to drive away, I noticed they hadn’t reset my maintenance reminder. I watched them look up videos and try until they said they needed to pull it back in the bay again. I had to wait even longer for them to do that. I have a Toyota car and have taken here for service before. I am unsure why resetting that would be difficult. I haven’t had good experiences with this service department or the collision center and it’s my own fault for even going back this time. I was also told about some leak my car has that I hadn’t been told about at either of my two previous oil changes. I’ll be taking it somewhere for a second opinion like I had to with my windshield replacement. More
