My experience with the dealer was terrible. The car I purchased is fine, it is the deceitful practices that aggravated me. Before driving an hour to see a Honda Civic for my daughter, I called and spoke to a sales person and asked about dealer related fees because the price listed of the car was at the top of my budget. She told me about a $1000 dealer fee only. After driving the hour with my daughter to see the car, having her look at it and drive it and fall in love with it, only then did the sales person tell me about a $2500 reconditioning fee and some other $800 nonsense fee. That’s $3200 worth of fees she failed to disclose to me the night before when I called and asked. At this point the sales manager came over and started the nonsense negotiating tactics you expect from every dealer and that went on for probably nearly an hour. They finally got the car priced $1500 above my budget, but I paid for it because by now my daughter had fallen in love with it. I find it interesting that the only thing she mentioned to the dealer did to the car were replaced two front tires and resurface the rotors. That is not $2500 worth of work. The whole thing is deceitful. Buying a car is stressful enough and dealerships. Have a bad reputation as it is and Jenkins is exactly why. They played games with us, they lied to us and then at delivery, even though the night before I asked for two keys, they handed me one key. I asked the sales person why she couldn’t have gone down the street to Honda and got a second key made, and she said because her sales manager wouldn’t allow it. So they’ve already lied to me, I’m already upset about this whole experience and now they can’t even just give me two keys. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know about it. More

This is the third review I’ve written regarding my poor service that I was receiving at Jenkins Nissan. I went in for a few concerns ended up with my truck stuck at Jenkins Nissan for over a week was to service that I was receiving at Jenkins Nissan. I went in for a few concerns ended up with my truck stuck at Jenkins Nissan for over a week was told several times that a supervisor would call me back with the status of the repairs which I never received. It was only until I had to go physically down myself to learn that I could’ve gotten a rental car through my extended warranty that they were neglected to tell me about, so I spent money on Ubers for a week due to non-transparency unprofessionalism, and a total lack their care of their customers. More
