The dealership service center is great. Easy and convenient to make an appointment. The service managers are friendly, courteous and are very efficient in getting my car into the service areas. Communication between the service manager is usually very good and informative. My service manager Aamer was friendly, efficiently checked me in and took care of an issue (along with Agron Useini) I had regarding a couple of complimentary oil change/tire rotation coupons that I was supposed to have received but never received them. Aamer said that he updated my customer profile indicating that I am to receive future complimentary oil change/tire rotation service as promised to me when I signed my new car lease. So far so good. The only negative was that Aamer said that it would take about an hour for my car to be serviced and I even received a text from him saying that if I had any questions, I can text him back. After about an hour and 10 minutes, I texted him and asked him what was the status on my car but he never replied to my text. After about 10 minutes I then went back to the service area and saw him and asked him the status of my car. He said the car was done and next in line to be washed. I went back to the waiting area for about 15 minutes and saw that my car was washed and parked. I then went back to the service area again and told him that my car was washed so he then said that I can go get my car but never received any paperwork. As I started to leave to get my car another person asked me my name and then gave me my paperwork . Based on my previous experiences with my car being serviced, this communication between the service manager and me was lacking and not very good. Hopefully, this survey feedback will be read and I'm sure my next visit and service manager communication will be back to it's usual superb self. More

We went for service needed on our Acura MDX - it was a dead battery. The dealer fixed the problem and actually heard something else making a noise when it was running. When we got there to pick up the car, we were told they fixed it for us and replaced it. They have great customer service, are efficient, honest, have fair prices on repairs. More

I just had bodywork, detail, oil change and some other maintenance done on my car at Arlington Acura. Aamer from the service team did a great job of steering me in the right direction.
