Good experience getting service and purchasing a new car I've purchased both Acura cars (RDX in 2013, TLX in 2018) from Arlington Acura and I've had a pretty good experience with the purchase price and the p I've purchased both Acura cars (RDX in 2013, TLX in 2018) from Arlington Acura and I've had a pretty good experience with the purchase price and the process. Both times I worked with Alber for the purchase, and he tried his best to make the purchase happen. Appreciate it! I've been getting service at this service center pretty much since 2013 and overall it has been a great experience - with the way the details are explained every time for the maintenance I'll be getting, finding the best coupons to apply to get a competitive price, matching price with outside, and some times discouraging from doing some maintenance if they don't feel it is really necessary to save money for me. For that reason, I trust them. More

They are friendly, professional and always knowlegeble regarding services needed. This is why I bought 2 ACURA MDX's and have or had 3 used, two other 2005 MDX's and an RL. Trustworthy and reliable vehicles and above all safe for my kids to go back and forth to Iowa State, St. Joseph's and NIU. Jeremy is especially great along with Chris, Mark and Ohmert. Disappointing I have always been happy, but my most recent visit was not as good. The waiting area was messy/food wrappers and crumbs everywhere and the women's b I have always been happy, but my most recent visit was not as good. The waiting area was messy/food wrappers and crumbs everywhere and the women's bathroom was dirty. I had to ask about an update of my car (after an hour and a half for an oil change)and when it would be ready. Finally I walked back to the service area and the person who was responsible for my car (not Jeremy- he is great) looked at me and said "Oh it is done. Here are your papers to pay." That was it. My car was already washed and ready to go. Just a little disappointed. More
