The Service Dept is Amazing, Sales couldn’t be more opposite My husband and I brought in my MDX while traveling bc the oil light came on.While we waited I said I’d like to look at a 2019 RDX.Aamer Ali SUPER NICE My husband and I brought in my MDX while traveling bc the oil light came on.While we waited I said I’d like to look at a 2019 RDX.Aamer Ali SUPER NICE GUY!!! walked me to sales and said I’d like to look at an RDX.I put my hand out to shake his and he instantly said he would have someone else help me and did not shake my hand!This was RJ Ranjbar.I then started working with Rikhi Singh who ignored me and kept directing his speech to my husband.We began to feel maybe we needed an appt to even BE in the sales area bc it was very clear we were out of place and major tension in the air.I said I was interested in a 2019 red RDX.He said he didn’t THINK they had any.I said their website showed one on the lot.He just stood there.He said he had a silver one I could drive to see if I liked it and went to get it.We waited about 10 minutes and he reappeared in red one.I drove it and then started discussing price.I confirmed we were talking about a RED RDX.As we negotiated, he indicated we were dealing with a 2020.I said I had asked for a 2019.Again, he said he didn’t know if they had a 2019 and if they did, it would take him 45 to get it from storage!!Since there was a cost diff between the two years I said I’d like him to find out.HE didn’t think there was enough of a price difference to consider it! We didn’t come to an agreement and that is what it is-I’ve gone back to dealerships in the past after NOT making a previous deals-no biggy. NOT THIS TIME!Life is too short to be treated as less than and be disrespected!If you MUST buy a car here, DON’T be female OR be comfortable that you will need a male cohort with you to be taken seriously! More

Unexpected Repair I have been bringing my car here since I purchased it and they don’t disappoint. Most recently, I hit a sinkhole in the city which required replacemen I have been bringing my car here since I purchased it and they don’t disappoint. Most recently, I hit a sinkhole in the city which required replacement of two tires, rims, alignment, etc. I had the car towed 35 miles to Arlington Acura because I don’t trust anyone else to fix it properly. Kudos to the entire service team, but especially Mark who goes above and beyond. More

The best place for servicing an expensive vehicle If you own any Acura vehicle, you already know how expensive servicing it can be. I drive 45 minutes to an hour to get to this place, passing another Acura dealership that is 20 minutes from my house. Why? Because of the great service and best pricing you can get owning an MDX. The work is quality and is guaranteed if anything should go wrong after servicing. So far the pricing has been affordable for me. The dealership that I pass by, was double charging me for services, until I found this place. It gives me peace of mind, that they know what they're doing with such an expensive vehicle. All of the servicemen here are polite and professional and honest and have had my car in at one time or another for servicing. But one servicemen that stands out is Aamer Ali. He tells me everything that needs to be done even though I cannot afford to have everything done all at one time. But he tells me which is most important to keep it safe and running, and gives me the best affordable pricing for each, with every kind of discount he can find. And it is guaranteed work. My car is still running like new. And it has over 200,000 miles on it. A great place to get your Acuras serviced and piece of mine. Thank you. More
